The villa has a great upstairs entertainment lounge, fully serviced by friendly staff, a huge private pool and lots of space so it really is a great family villa. Plus you are only 400 meters to Made’s Warung Seminyak & 1.1 km to KU DE TA – perfect location!!
Outdoor & Pool Areas
The villas grassy garden, with its private pool; the crowning jewel is drenched in warm Balinese sun with authentic coconut palms swaying high overhead. The kids will love the amount of space this garden offers with manicured lawns, recliners on the sun deck for mum and dad and some beanbags as well. If you feel a little sleepy in the afternoon the gardens gazebo makes the ideal spot for taking a rest out of the sun.

The villas two levels give guests plenty of options on places to relax inside, the ground floor has air-con but maybe just sliding back the glass panels and allowing you to experience open-air tropical living will satisfy all your needs. Three chic rattan armchairs are placed around the coffee table with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV ready to entertain. The teak timber dining table seats 10 and the kitchen is every chef’s dream with loads of appliances. Head upstairs to watch some live sport or maybe play a game of billiards.

The villa is in a secluded private lane just behind Jalan Camplung Tanduk which offers direct beach access and the beachfront walking path next to Gado-Gado Restaurant. You can walk along Jalan Drupadi to bring you to Jalan Oberoi, the famous ‘Eat Street’ with its colourful boutiques, hip cafes and great nightlife options such as Red Carpet, Ku De Ta Beach Club, Potato Head, Shi Shi and La Favela.
If you can’t live without your coffee you are in luck as there are loads of amazing cafes nearby where you can get your daily coffee fix and a bite to eat. Make sure you go to the super-popular Cornerhouse, Cafe Moka, Shelter, Sisterfields and the iconic Revolver.
For the ladies, there are some upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done plus have one of those incredible Balinese massages. Go to Prana, Therapy or the ultra-popular Blow Bar on Jalan Kayu Aya.
If you want to do some shopping you’ll love the location of Villa Wiana as it’s close to the shopping heart of Seminyak ( Eat Street) as well as Legian where there are so many shopping options where you can buy clothes, jewellery, homewares, paintings and bargain with locals for those must-have Bali souvenirs. For more shopping options head to Kartika Plaza in Kuta where you’ll find Lippo & Discovery Shopping Mall.
You can also walk to Double Six Beach with great casual beachfront bars such as La Plancha or do it in style at Cocoon Beach Club by the pool with the party tunes pumping & a few cocktails. Make sure you come to the beach for sunset cocktails or a few cold Bintang’s and watch the best sunset in Bali.
Travelling with kids? Take them to the Waterbom Bali (one of Asia’s best theme parks) and Finns Recreation Club (trampolines, water slides & ten pin bowling) which are both easy to get to. This was like our home away from home. Felt immediately at ease in the villa. Modern & large bedrooms with lots of space by the pool to have some serious & much needed down time. Love the fact that taxis were always nearby and getting to Eat Street was a breeze. Lots to see and do around the villa.

We had a great time at a villa Wiana! Great location, clean house and exactly as pictured. Wayan was a great host, made beautiful breakfasts daily, and cleaned every morning for us. The pool was the best part, my kids loved that it wasn’t too deep. Some other villas we looked at were too open, loved that this villa had doors that could be locked and closed. We would definitely be back again, we were very happy. Only draw back was that there wasn’t aircon in the living areas only fans. However the bedroom air ons were fantastic.
