The One Boutique Villas is a 2 bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental.  Situated just off Jalan Petitenget, guests will enjoy an easy stroll to some of Seminyak’s most popular attractions, including the Woo Bar at W Resort and Potato Head Beach Club, and can easily access both Batu Belig and Seminyak Beach. Outdoor & Pool Area

One of the most attractive elements of Villa The One is the abundant space of the outdoor setting, allowing guests a sense of freedom whilst still providing utmost privacy. The turquoise waters of the swimming pool add a vibrant element to the garden; a stone pool deck wraps itself around the pool and houses minimalist sun lounges with a manicured lawn, and an array of tropical plants, palms, and trees decorate the area.

Living Areas

The Alang-Alang thatched roof living pavilion offers open-air tropical living, which opens directly onto the pool, cooled by large ceiling fans; the space provides a pleasant al-fresco dining environment. The kitchen is conveniently stacked with plenty of modern appliances. Guests can sit back in the morning and enjoy breakfasts prepared by the staff while enjoying the poolside views.  The dining table is for 4 guests, and a comfortable rattan sofa with soft cushions is the perfect spot to rest from the sun during the day.

2 Modern bedrooms

Two stand-alone pavilions provide elegant sleeping quarters for 4 guests at one end of the pool. The elegant rooms feature dark timber floors beautifully offset by clean white walls, King Koil king-size canopied beds with sheer white netting and pristine white linens. To one side is a private dressing room with built-in robes leading to the en-suite bathrooms boasting relaxing soaking tubs and monsoon showers in an open-air tropical garden setting.
