Villa Tiga Mangga is a 2 bedroom budget Seminyak holiday villa rental offering easy access to Seminyak’s famous ‘Eat Street’ as well as the Petitenget and Jalan Oberoi tourist areas. Guests can also make their way to the beach at Batu Belig within a 5min ride by scooter or taxi and the villa is fully serviced so the well trained, English speaking staff. Plus your only  1.4 km to The Seminyak Square Shopping Mall &  1.7 km to KU DE TA beach club – how convenient!

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa’s garden boasts a wonderful, sparkling swimming pool that is 10 metres in length, certainly generous enough for lots of water fun and activities for the whole family. At one side of the pool is a traditional Bale or commonly referred to as a gazebo; designed for total relaxation out of the hot tropical sun; it’s perfect for in-house massages, reading a book or just having a relaxing afternoon siesta.

Living Areas

The living areas feature an open-plan design; incorporating a modern kitchen, formal indoor dining space as well as a plush sofa with LCD TV and lots of international channels to choose from. The beauty of this space is that you can transform it into an al-fresco living environment by simply sliding back the large floor to ceiling glass doors and engaging the ceiling fans to circulate gentle sea breezes or simply enjoy the comfort of the air-conditioning.

Both the bedrooms are equal in size and provision of amenities including, glass sliding doors open onto the pool and garden, cooling ceramic floors, soaring traditional ceilings, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV’s, traditional Balinese artworks and ultra-comfy king-size beds are all part and parcel of the comforts, of your restful sanctuaries.

Staff & Services

The villa provides daily maid and cleaning services at a time that will fit with your daily holiday schedule. The housekeeper will prepare a healthy breakfast to get your day kick-started and you will have direct access to the villa manager should you require additional services.

The villa is located along Jalan Raya Kerobokan which is just a short walk to Pepitos Supermarket, convenience stores and ATM’s. For a fine dining experience, we suggest Warisan, very hard to beat with lovely rice terrace views and if you want to take the kids a meal head to  Naughty Nuris or  Cornerhouse which are both close by.

Jalan Batu Belig is also within walking distance with some great cafes and more restaurants, Barbacoa, Metis, Sardine and the super popular Watercress that will want you coming back again and again. There are also lots of great casual cafes where you can have a coffee and take the kids for a bite to eat nearby. Definitely go to Monsieur Spoon, Livingstones for fresh pastries,  Sea Circus and the popular Revolver.

Follow this road and you will arrive at Batu Belig Beach where you can enjoy a cold sundowner at the 707 Beach Bar, Cafe Del  Mar Beach Club or Holywings in Berawa which is the newly built mega-club right on the beach.

Travelling with kids? Take the kids to the Finns Recreation Club where there are water slides, trampolines and ten pin bowling to keep them entertained. You can also take them to Seminyak beach where they can hire surfboards and instructors by the hour. There’s also Finns Recreation Club with ten pin bowling and  an indoor trampoline centre called Bounce.

For the ladies make your way to Rob Peetoom, Sundari Day Spa or Think Pink Nails where you can get your hair and nails done and have a relaxing Balinese massage.

The popular Eat Street in Seminyak is only 10 mins away by taxi. Here you can shop, go for great massages and eat at fabulous cafes. Try Kynd for some vegan dishes), Kim Soo,  Biku or head to Seminyak Square where there are lots of food &  shopping options. Once you are there make sure you pop into  Da Maria or Sisterfields for a family-friendly meal with the kids. If you want to party then head to Motel Mexicola for loads of fun with tacos & tequila, La Favela or Shi Shi where you can party till dawn.
