The villa boasts a lovely private garden and swimming pool area that’s the perfect oasis to chill out and enjoy the tropical Balinese sun. Many mature tropical plants add to the tropical vibe, and with bean bags and daybeds by the pool, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Plus, there’s a first-floor private terrace for added privacy where you can have a few afternoon cocktails or catch up on some quiet holiday reading.

The interiors at Villa Manis Kecil are bright and modern, which is perfect if you’re coming here with the kids and want a place you’d like to call home. Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the waterslides or a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where they can hire surfboards and instructors by the hour. For dinner, there are burgers at Grill’d, BossMan or Johnny Rockets and tasty ribs at Naughty Nuris in Kerobokan nearby

Day Spas. There are loads of great day spas nearby to get your hair and nails done and have a fabulous relaxing Bali massage. Make sure you go to Jari Menari, The Shampoo Lounge, GLO Day Spa or Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village. In Petitenget, there’s Rob Peetoom, Think Pink Nails or Sundari Day Spa.

Cafes & restaurants. If you love your morning coffee or want to take the family out for a meal, some great cafes and restaurants nearby are also excellent value. These include Cornerhouse and Sisterfields (family-friendly), Shelter, BAKED, Cafe Bali and the popular Revolver.

Fancy partying? Start the night at the Champagne Bar, Nirvana Sports Bar, The Social or The Forge pub on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at Shi Shi or La Favela, where you can dance till dawn.

Shopping. Seminyak is the shopping heart of Bali, with many places to buy clothes, homewares, souvenirs and jewellery. Make your way to Eat Street (Jalan Kayu Aya) and walk to Seminyak Village and Seminayk’s Flea Market. For more shopping options, head to Kuta’s Kartika Plaza area, where you’ll find large shopping centres like Lippo, Discovery Shopping Mall, and Bali Galleria.
