Villa Anggun is a 3-bedroom holiday villa rental situated in the heart of Seminyak, just off Jalan Drupadi, which is close to the famous ‘Eat Street or Jalan Kayu Aya. Here, you can easily walk to iconic tourist attractions such as Seminyak Beach, Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, high-end spas and relaxing cafes.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The 7-metre private pool is sure to be a welcome site after exploring the local areas, maybe taking a day trip or just spending a few hours at the beach. Slide onto one of the ergonomic rattan sun lounges in the garden well-kept lawn area under the fragrantly scented frangipani tree while the kids splash about in the pool. A timber deck provides shade with a spot to relax in a bean bag out of the sun for a while.

Living Areas

A modern styled, open-air pavilion is right by the pool, this bright open-plan living space, providing comfort and all the holiday conveniences. The space is divided into two with a comfy L-shaped lounge and LCD TV to one side and the dining table and well-equipped kitchen to the other. Cooled by fans you can sit here and socialize with those out around the pool with ease during the day and enjoy pleasant evening meals together by night. The kitchen has an oversized fridge to stock lots of cold drinks, cooking facilities/appliances and a microwave.

3 Modern bedrooms with air-con

All bedrooms feature extra comfy king-sized beds, two are adjacent to the living areas in the main pavilion with a third bedroom set beside the pool. All rooms are air-conditioned with flat-screen TV’s and the en-suites are stunning; incorporating the best of modern amenities including freestanding soaking tubs, spacious rain showers and of course his and her vanities. If you need a sleep-in, just pull the black-out curtains across and slip into a holiday slumber.

Staff & Services

The villas friendly staff will greet you upon arrival with welcome drinks and fresh cold face towels after your free pick-up from the airport. The staff will serve breakfasts of your choice daily and make sure the villa is cleaned at a convenient time, to suit your daily holiday schedule. Baby cots/high chairs pool safety fences and nanny services can all be arranged prior to your arrival.

Around Villa Anggun, Seminyak (near Eat Street, Motel Mexicola & Potato Head)

If you feel like a massage, Pedi or manicure; there are quite a few as you walk along Jalan Drupadi towards ‘foodie’s paradise’ at Jalan Oberoi, the renowned Eat Street’.

Guests can take a 5 min taxi ride to Seminyak Beach where you can relax on a bean bag as the sun goes down in front of La Plancha beachfront bar. Here you will discover Double Six Beach which is great for guests wanting to take a surfing lesson, sun bake or   chill out at the many beach cafes.

If you want to do some shopping your in luck as the entire Seminyak area is a shoppers paradise where you can buy homewares, clothes, jewellery and Bali souvenirs. Make your way to Seminyak Square and go from there. You’ll also will find many cafes where you can have a coffee and a bite to eat. Some of the best cafes in Seminyak are close by such as Revolver, Cornerhouse, The LIbrary and Starbucks.

Travelling with kids? You can take them to  Waterbom Bali which is great for a day out for the family.  You can also take them for a surf lesson at Seminyak Beach (you can hire boards there) followed by burgers at BossMan, Grill’d or perhaps lunch at the famous Sisterfields.

For a fun night out with tequila and tacos, head to Motel Mexicola or Lacalaca, followed by a few drinks at the Champagne Bar. You can also head to La Favela or Shi Shi, where the party continues into the early hours. For a treat, go to the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa for a few sunset cocktails and cold Bintangs followed by some fine dining. You might like to spend the day here enjoying the music, the vibe and the amazing beach views.
