Villa Ozamiz is a family-friendly 4-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental and is located in the small alley off  Eat Street, which is also commonly known as Jalan Kayu Aya. This means the villa is in one of the best positions in Seminyak. You are right on Eat St! The open plan living area also creates a sense of being on a Balinese holiday view with great views out to the swimming pool where you can watch your kids swim, or guests enjoy the well-maintained tropical gardens and adequate swimming pool, which is 6m x 2m.

Ozamiz has 4 spacious & modern bedrooms, each with its own private en suite bathrooms, which adds to the privacy.  You will find all the usual creature comforts to keep you cosy and comfortable, such as soaps and gels and a hairdryer in the en suites all rooms are kitted out with wardrobes and comfy beds (3 of the rooms have doubled while the last has 2 single for sharing), fully air-conditioned with fast and reliable Wifi.

Interiors

Plus, you get a modern kitchen where you can cook lunch or dinner for your guests or the family. There are heaps of supermarkets nearby so stocking up on groceries, fruit and veggies, and alcohol is easy.

For the entertainer, there is a dining table that can seat up to 8 people and a very comfortable sofa for post-dinner chats and relaxation with the family. Cable TV provides as much entertainment as you can handle.

Villa Staff with housekeeping

The villa has nighttime security, which is great if you’re travelling to Bali with children. If you want to arrange a pool fence if you have toddlers, then this can be organised at the of booking (fees apply). There is also a villa manager who will meet you on arrival and handle any requests you may have. The villa is cleaned daily by housekeeping staff, and you’ll enjoy the daily breakfasts made for you by the friendly & professional villa staff.

Around Villa Ozamiz, Seminyak (only 5 min walk to Eat Street)

Ku De Ta & Potato Head beach clubs are a short 10-minute walk away. Bintang Supermarket, Seminyak Village and Seminyak Square are less than a 10-minute walk from where you can find loads of restaurants, cafes, shops, ATMs and things to entertain the kids. Petitenget and Double Six Beach are a 15-minute walk away.

Beach Clubs. Head to KU DE TA or Potato Head nearby for great beach views and sunset cocktails. For a treat, you might like to go to the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa (25 min away) for sunset cocktails and dinner. Why not rent your private day bed or cabana for the day and enjoy the music, beach views and sensational swimming pool – you will be impressed.

Cafes. If you love your coffee, you’ll love the location of Ozamiz, as there are some fabulous cafes nearby where you can also grab a bite to eat with the kids. Make sure you visit Cornerhouse, the popular Revolver along Jalan Kayu Aya, Sisterfields, Shelter and even Starbucks!

Day Spas. For the ladies, head to The Shampoo Lounge and the stylish Spring Day Spa, where you can get your hair and nails done or go to the Blow Bar on Eat Street.

Shopping. If you want to do some shopping, there are lots of shops around the villa selling clothing, jewellery, homewares and Bali souvenirs. You might like to grab a taxi in Kuta, which has more shopping and larger department stores in the Kartika Plaza area, which is about 20 min away by Blue Bird taxi.

Travelling with the kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali for a fun day out on the waterslides or perhaps a surf lesson at Seminyak Beach (you can hire boards & instructors here). For dinner, the best burgers are at Grill’d or BossMan next to Seminyak Village.

Want to party? Start the night off at the Champagne Bar or The Forge on Eat Street. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila and lots of fun. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.
