9 modern bedrooms

Two separate villas —a 4-bedroom main villa and a 3-bedroom guest villa- combine to make 9 bedrooms in total.  The bedrooms are spacious and modern, with king-sized beds and are fully air-conditioned. The ensuite bathrooms boast walk-in showers. There are twin sinks, fresh towels changed daily by the housekeepers, and toiletries for that touch of added holiday luxury.

2 Swimming pools

Each of the two villas has its own swimming pool for maximum privacy. The main pool is 8.5m, and the guest pool is 9m. Both pools are large enough for the kids to splash around and have a great time or for the adults to pull up a sun lounge and top up their tans. There is an al fresco dining area on the shaded terrace adjacent to the pool for breakfast outdoors or dinners under the stars. 

Comfortable living areas

The living and dining areas in each villa at Villa Anaya Manis have sliding doors to keep the rooms cool. A large U-shaped sofa is where everyone can gather for pre-dinner drinks or watch the kids play in the pool. The living areas are all enclosed with A/C for your comfort, and there’s a flat-screen smart TV to watch Netflix. The master and guest villa have dining areas with a  12-seater table, a  four-seater table, and a breakfast bar for everyone to gather in the morning and plan the day’s activities. In addition, there’s a fully equipped modern kitchen if you want to whip up a few snacks for the kids or that BBQ dinner (a chef can be requested at an additional charge). There’s also a coffee maker, a fully-stocked wine fridge and a freshwater cooler.

Villa staff

The friendly Balinese villa staff includes a  manager and house staff with security, a gardener, and a pool attendant. So, everything is taken care of when you stay at Villa Anaya Manis. Fresh towels and linen are all replaced daily, and all common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are meticulously maintained for your comfort. Priced services available on request are private chef, additional baby cots, babysitting, tours, and car/scooter hire.

When you stay at Villa Anaya Manis, you’re in a great location near Seminyak’s best: bars, cafes, dreamy day spas, delis, bakeries, fabulous beach clubs and shopping.

Cafes and restaurants. There are some of Bali’s best cafes and restaurants all nearby. Make sure you go to Sisterfields, the ultra-popular Revolver, Ingka, Pison and La Lucciola for lunch or dinner on Petitenget Beach.

Beach Clubs. For a treat, take the whole family or group to KU DE TA, Potato Head or Mari Beach House to watch the sunset over a few cold Bintangs or cocktails. Afterwards, stay for dinner or just enjoy the balmy Bali nighttime ambience.

Travelling with kids? Take the kids to the Finns Recreation Club, which has waterslides, ten-pin bowling, and a massive indoor trampoline centre. Or there’s Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out. They’ll also love a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. There are burgers at Grill’d, Boos Man or Cornerhouse at the top of Eat Street for dinner. For dessert, nothing beats the gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan or the yummy treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village.

Fancy Partying. Start the evening at The Champagne Bar or The Forge Pub on Eat Street. Then, take everyone to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila and lots of fun. Continue the party at Shi Shi, where you can dance till dance.

Day Spas. Girls, there are loads of fabulous day spas near the villa where you can get your hair and nails done and get a massage (take hubby as well). Head to Sundari Day Spa, Rob Peetoom, Kimberly Spa, Think Pink Nails or Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village for the best treatments.
