Located in a quiet lane just off Jalan Raya Seminyak, close to Bintang supermarket and Double Six Beach, Villa Istana Satu is a 2-bedroom Seminyak holiday rental conveniently located with modern accommodation for 4 guests. Outdoor & Pool Areas

The tropical garden is perfectly manicured, from the lush zoysia grass that encircles the pool to the tropical shrubs, plants and palms, presenting a sense of privacy and seclusion. Cool off in the sparkling waters of your private pool, relax on the sun lounges with a cold drink or curl up in the gazebo for an afternoon siesta.

Living Areas

The living area is fully air-conditioned with large sliding doors that can be opened for an alfresco vibe, using ceiling fans to circulate a cooling breeze. A lovely rattan sofa is poised in front of the large plasma TV with satellite channels, a timber dining table comfortably seats 4, and the kitchen is well equipped with a double-sized fridge, stove, oven and microwave.

On either side of the living area are two en-suite bedrooms furnished with king-size timber beds, white mosquito curtains, and pristine linens. Both rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs and private en-suites. One of the bedrooms’ en-suite features twin vanities, a terrazzo soaking tub, and a rain shower.

Around Villa Istana Satu, Seminyak (100 metres to Bintang supermarket)

The villa is just a short stroll from the Bintang supermarket area and Double Six Beach. There is a good selection of casual beachside dining and beach bars to enjoy the sunsets. There are many boutiques, local souvenir shops to grab a bargain and some art galleries.

Beach Clubs. Make sure you go to Double Six Beach for the sunset, as this is where everyone goes. Grab a bean bag on the beach  & have a few cold Bintang’s, and enjoy the best sunset in Bali – our favourite is La Plancha. Other beach clubs nearby worth visiting include Ku De Ta, Potato Head The WooBar In Seminyak and the super-popular Finns or Atlas in Berawa.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the Waterslides or Double Six Beach, where they can learn to surf. For dinner, there are ribs and burgers at Naughty Nuris, BossMan, or Grill’d & yummy gelato for dessert at Gusto in Kerobokan.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and get a fabulous Balinese massage. Some of the best day spas in Seminyak are close by, such as Spring Day Spa (at Seminyak Village), The Shampoo Lounge, Glo Day Spa, Prana, Bodyworks, Jari Menari & Sundari Day Spa, or Rob Peetoom in Petitenget.

Supermarkets. To stock up on all your villa supplies, you must walk to the well-stocked Bintang Supermarket, where you can buy fresh fruit, meat, veggies, snacks for the kids and all your alcohol.

Shopping. If you feel like spending the day shopping, you are lucky as the villa is near loads of shops where you can buy clothes, jewellery, handbags, homewares and souvenirs. All you need to do is go to Seminyak Square and go from there. For more shopping options, head into the Kartika Plaza area of Kuta, where you’ll find the Lippo & Discovery Shopping Mall.

Sightseeing. From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple,  Uluwatu Temple, Kuta Beach for sunset Bintangs and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area, where there are cafes and shops.
