The villa is 30 minutes from the airport and close to Petitenget and Seminyak Beach. You can also easily reach exclusive restaurants, bars, amazing cafes, spas, yoga studios, gyms and boutiques from the villa; they are right at your doorstep (at Eat Street).

Interiors and pool area

Once guests enter the Villa Kumpi, they marvel at its simplistic elegance, style, class and luxury. A white open-sided two-storey building overlooks the pool and lush garden. The pool is flanked on one side by green plants and flowers, and on the other is a wooden deck where pool chairs can be found. Pool time at Villa Kumpi is very relaxing, fun and enjoyable. Just picture yourself catching up on all that holiday reading by the pool or watching the kids have a great time.

The lovely open-plan living room of Villa Kumpi can be seen right from the poolside, and it is quite beautiful. A lovely grey sofa set faces the pool, and right beside it is a wooden dining set where guests can sit and enjoy their meals. All around are lovely Balinese pieces that make the room even more inviting. The open walls allow guests a view of the pool, gardens and surroundings and allow ample sunlight and air into the room.

2 Bedrooms

The two bedrooms of The Kumpi Villas are built for utmost comfort, privacy and luxury. They are furnished with a comfortable king bed, study desk and chair, reclining chairs, miniature Balinese statues and flat-screen TVs. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private balcony that offers a sweeping view of the villa. In the ensuite bathroom is a luxurious tub where guests can enjoy a relaxing bath after a long day’s shopping.

Around The Kumpi Villas, Seminyak (easy walk to Double Six Beach)

The Villa is located in a central Seminyak area where you are close to Double Six Beach and Eat Street. Make sure you go to the beach at sunset as this is the place to watch the sunset with a cold Bintang at one of the many beachside cafes. If you love going out for dinner with the kids or your friends, the beauty of Villa Kumpi is close to the famous Eat Street, where there are many cafes, restaurants and bars. Plus, it’s a shopper’s paradise.

Make sure you visit the newly built Seminyak Village, the epicentre of all that’s exciting in Seminyak. Places to eat include Sisterfields, Motel Mexicola, BossMan Burger, Cafe Bali, Kim Soo, Bottega Kynd Community ( for great vegan and organic food) and Biku. If you love coffee, you can’t go past Revolver, Pison or the popular Monsieur Spoon, which are all nearby!
