When staying at the 12-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental, Villa Mannao Estate, guests could be excused for thinking they were somewhere in rural Bali when, in actual fact, they are in Seminyak. Here, guests have the best of both worlds: a sprawling estate with rice field views and gorgeous rustic architecture without being miles from all the fantastic restaurants, lovely cafes, fashionable boutiques and happening nightspots of Seminyak. Batu Belig. Seminyak beaches are a mere 10-minute drive along with Potato Head and KU DE TA Beach Clubs.
With a total of 12 bedrooms, this combined private villa complex can accommodate as many as 28 guests, thus being ideal for several families or groups of friends who want to spend time together and still have their own privacy.

Living Areas
Three open-air living pavilions are housed in gorgeous teak-timbered Joglo buildings, beautifully appointed with stylish couches, day beds, ottoman chairs and rustic dining tables. Ultra-chic, these spaces are both stylish and very functional, featuring the very best of modern amenities and appliances, all this as you relax while enjoying the views of the pools and rice terraces.

The two master suites located in separate pavilions are interconnecting rooms with twin-bed configurations, which is ideal if you are travelling with kids. These beautifully appointed master suites feature king-size beds with sheer white netting and spacious en-suites featuring soaking tubs and monsoon showers. All bedrooms feature large wardrobes, flat screens, a DVD and a safety box for valuables. Of these ten bedrooms, all except two of the rooms feature king-size beds with a mix of twin beds and twin bunk beds in the last two rooms.
Staff & Services
Villa Mannao Estates’ diligent staff provides an exceptional level of warm and welcoming hospitality. The villa and all rooms will be cleaned daily, while the team of butlers will cater to your every need, and the skilful chefs will be happy to whip up delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you need babysitters, pool safety fences or an in-house massage, the staff will take care of it.
Around Villa Mannao Estate, Seminyak (10-minute drive to Seminya’s Eat Street)
The Mannao Estate is removed from the crowds of Seminyak, but having said that, only a short ten-minute drive will bring you to the centre of bustling Seminyak.
Travelling with kids? Take them to Watrebom Bali (Asia’s premier theme park) in Kuta or perhaps a surf lesson at Double Six Beach ( you can hire boards here ). For dinner, nothing beats the burgers at Grill’d or Boss Man. And, for a cultural experience, take them to Made’s Warung for an authentic Indonesian meal with a Legong Dance show. Afterwards, there are treats at the famous Gusto Gelato or Krakakoa.
Day Spas. If you fancy treating yourself to a day spa, Seminyak is loaded with boutiques and fabulous day spas & salons. Make sure you go to The Blow Bar, Jari Menari or The Shampoo Lounge at the top of Jalan Kayu Aya for the best treatments.
Shopping. Follow this up with an afternoon shopping in the Oberoi area, where there are upmarket boutiques, jewellery stores & art galleries. For more shopping options, head to Legian or the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta, where there are more department stores like Discovery Shopping Mall. A Blue Bird taxi will take you there.
Cafes & restaurants. There are also heaps of restaurants where you can go with the whole group for a casual dinner. The Eat Street area (10 min away ) is the place to be, and here you’ll find Sisterfields, Cornerhouse, Cafe Bali, Biku and the super popular Revolver.
Beach Clubs. Seminyak, Batu Belig and Canggu have the best beach clubs in Bali, where you can watch amazing sunsets with a few cocktails, music and fine dining. Make sure you go to KU DE TA or Potato Head in Seminyak, Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig and Atlas Beach Fest or Finns in Berawa.

What an unbelievable villa with sensational views. From the moment our group arrived we were immediately wowed by how grand and gorgeous the villa and the lush tropical gardens are. Plus we really loved hanging out in the open plan living areas and soaking up that tropical Balinese vibe - this was truly an amazing experience for all of us and was made even better by the super attentive, warm, happy and always smiling villa staff, who were very professional - nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
All the rooms were large, very well appointed with world class facilities. For our group of 14 we could not have asked for anything better and we easily give Villa Mannao a 10 out of 10!

If there was 1 word to describe Villa Mannao it would be AMAZING! This is a wonderful estate in a really laid back area. A huge thanks to Ina and Made who were on hand to make sure that everything was perfect and we will really miss them. If your looking for villa perfection in Bali and are coming with a lot of people you simply must stay here - try it out and you will see what I mean, it is really that GOOD!

Villa Mannao is a gorgeous and charming villa. The first thing we noticed was the size - we were here for our daughters wedding and we were all staying at the villa which is exactly what we wanted. Size, location and beautiful surroundings with some seriously helpful staff. The kids had lots of room to play and they even had their own swimming pool which meant the adults could relax in peace and quiet in our pool area - total bliss!
The estate/villa was really well looked after and there was someone always around cleaning the place or cooking some delicious meals for us and the guests. Excellent service by the staff, classic location and just a wonderful holiday experience. 10 days here with our group of friends seemed to fly by. Only problem is we didn't want to leave or little bit of paradise. I came here for my 50th birthday and was treated like royalty. One of the best times of my life!

I came here with a group of my best girlfriends for a yoga / detox holiday where all we wanted to do was eat healthy, practice yoga everyday, sleep in comfort, unwind, have villa staff look after us, have lots of privacy and be in a relaxing environment. Had my 40th birthday celebration here at Mannao with all my friends and loved every moment. So much room, space and the staff were amazing. Went out a few nights to Seminyak which was easy to get to as the manager arranged a mini van. All the rooms were super-comfy and clean and it was a great place to just unwind and be with my friends - definitely would love to come back and bring the kids.
