Villa Plawa is a 4 bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental & has been transformed into a beautiful holiday villa right in the heart of happening Seminyak. It’s just a 10 min walk to the beach in front of Gado-Gado restaurant and close to several popular cafes as well as Bintang Supermarket for all your grocery needs.

The villa boasts four king-sized bedrooms, authentic Balinese architecture with vibrant interiors and is packed full of modern amenities.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa is situated on a large parcel of land of just over 1,000 sq meters of rather enchanting lush tropical gardens that are both well established and perfectly maintained. The garden private pool is extensive in size and complemented by beautiful flowering frangipanis, mango trees, and other lush tropical palms as well as the traditional Alang-Alang thatched roofs.

Living Areas

The main lounge area and social hub are open-sided with soaring thatched ceilings and large fans to circulate the gentle sea breezes. There is a selection of rattan lounges in vibrant red for you to relax on as you watch a DVD or one of the satellite channels on the large 61 inch flat-screen TV with great views of the length of the garden. The kitchen has every modern convenience you will need, located in its own self-contained pavilion and adjacent to the formal dining table that seats up to 10 guests.

The villa boasts four King sized private bedroom sanctuaries, all featuring beautiful teak timber beds and each with its own private en-suites. The rooms provide flat-screen TVs for nighttime entertainment, blackout curtains for long holiday sleep-ins, a safety box, plenty of wardrobe space for all your newly purchased clothes along with twin vanities and spacious rain showers in all en-suites.

Staff & Services

There is five full-time staff to make sure your holiday is all about relaxation, the villas manager will always be contactable for guests’ special needs and the villa will be cleaned each day at your convenience with a late afternoon turn-down service. There are nighttime security services and the pool attendant may pop in to make sure the waters in your private swimming pool are crystal clear.

Around Villa Plawa, Seminyak ( close to Bintang supermarket & Double Six beach!! )

Make your way toward the beach and you will find some authentic Indonesian Warung styled restaurants as well as Warung Ocha with great coffee and local cuisines – this is a great place to take the kids for a meal. They’ll also love the Indonesian food at the famous Mades Warung which is nearby.

If you turn left along Jalan Raya Seminyak you will find  Bintang Supermarket which sells everything to take back to your villa from fresh produce, imported foods, wines and spirits.

Take Jalan Camplung Tanduk straight down to Double Six beach where you can just chill out on a beanbag on the sand at La Plancha. Make sure you come down here for sunset cocktails or for a few cold Bintang’s to watch the best sunset in Bali. Everyone comes down here and the atmosphere is amazing.

If you can’t live without your daily coffee fix then you’ll be glad to know that Villa Plawa is close to some fabulous cafes where you can also take the kids for a bite to eat. Head to Jalan Kayu Aya ( or Eat Street) and go to the super-popular Revolver Cafe, Monsieur Spoon (croissants and pastries), Cornerhouse or Sisterfields. There is even a Starbucks nearby.

Travelling with kids? You can organise a Bali tour for them to go white water rafting, or visit the elephant safari park. You might even take them to the Waterbom Bali in Kuta which is one of Asia’s premier theme water parks for a fun day out with the family. You can also take them for a surf lesson at Double Six beach where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For dinner there are burgers at BossMan, Grill’d or Johnny Rockets near Seminyak Village. And, for dessert, nothing beats the gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan.

Ladies, there are lots of upmarket day spas where you can get your hair and nails done plus have one of those fantastic Balinese massages. Go to Prana, Spring day spa the Blow Bar. In Petitenget there is the stylish. Rob Peetoom, Sundari Day Spa or the popular Think Pink Nails. Follow this up with an afternoon browsing the art galleries, homewares & jewellery stores in the chic Oberoi area.  Or, head into Legian where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs.
