Villa Lulito is a 4-bedroom Seminyak villa holiday rental & that features beautiful colonial homestead architecture and four beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms. An absolute gem of a holiday villa, in one of the best locations in Seminyak. Beautiful living and accommodation pavilions offer the very best of furnishings while your private pool is the centrepiece of this idyllic setting. The iconic Ku De Ta Beach Club is a leisurely 5 min stroll from the villa along with the best restaurants Seminyak has to offer such as La Lucciola, Metis & Mama San.

Outdoor and pool area

The outdoor pool area is the stuff postcards are made of. The azure pool is flanked by a pool deck on all sides with stylish day beds and sun lounges with, while sunbrella sales provide shade from the sun. At one end of the 14-metre swimming pool is a small pavilion with white rattan sofas where you can watch the kids as they have fun with the pool toys provided by the villa. If you’re feeling peckish, ask the staff to turn the BBQ on, and they will prepare a poolside lunch or dinner for you.

The living area

Several living areas in the pavilions surround the pool with traditional shingle roofs. A pristine white interior is the consistent décor theme throughout the entire villa and poolside living areas. Featuring the option of air-conditioned comfort, the main living pavilion opens to tropical gardens. It has plenty of comfortable sofas to enjoy relaxing in front of the TV. A separate pavilion houses the modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a great spot for enjoying a breakfast of fresh juices and fruits before you begin another great day with friends and family. There’s also an iPod dock to play your favourite music to create your holiday ambience.

The master bedroom

Upstairs is the largest of the pavilions; the master suite has a king-size bed with sheer white netting for a comfortable night’s sleep. Lovely rattan furnishings and rich timber floors add charm, while the en-suite bathroom features a beautiful antique soaking tub, twin vanities and a monsoon shower. The room also provides access to the balcony, offering views of the pool and surrounding areas.

4 Bedrooms with air-con

The guest bedrooms on the lower floor and two guest suites provide views of the pool and gardens. These suites offer all the amenities of the master suite, including large wardrobes, bathrobes, flat-screen TVs with DVD, iPod docks and air-conditioning. You will love bathing in the stylish en-suite bathrooms with rain showers, antique fixtures and fittings. Next to the master suite is a great kid’s room with 4 bunk beds and plenty of toys to keep them occupied. This room can be converted to a king-size suite upon request.

Staff and services

Villa Lulito has a team of highly trained staff offering guests fantastic hospitality. The team consists of personal butlers, housekeeping and security staff. The resident chef can cater to any cooking style. The seafood BBQs are a popular affair with all guests at Villa Lulito.

This amazing villa is tucked away in a quiet lane; walk out to the main street, turn left, and you will be at Ku De Ta Beach Club within 5 minutes. Jalan Kaya Ayu then winds up to Seminyak Square and an array of cafes, boutiques, restaurants, day spas and bars.

Cafes & restaurants. If you love having coffee, then you’re in luck. There are so many amazing cafes nearby where you can also take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you try: Revolver, Pison, Livingstones, Kim Soo, Monsieur Spoon & Starbucks.

Fancy Partying? If you want to party, start the evening with pre-dinner drinks at The Champagne Bar, The Forge or The Goat on Eat Street. For dinner, head to Motel Mexicola, where there are tequila and tacos. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn or finish up with a nightcap at Potato Head before heading back to the villa.

Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club for the day, where there are waterslides, ten-pin bowling and a massive indoor trampoline centre called Bounce. Asia’s premier water theme park in Kuta is also called Waterbom Bali. For a fun day out, take them to the super popular Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud or perhaps sunset photos at the holy Hindu Tanah Lot Temple on the water. They’ll love the burgers at Grill’d BossMan or Sea Circus for dinner. And for dessert, there are treats at Candylicious in Seminyak Village or the best gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of day spas near the villa where you can get your nails and hair done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, head to Therapy Day Spa, The Shampoo Lounge or Rob Peetoom & Sundari in Petitenget. Follow this up with an afternoon shopping in the chic Oberoi area, where you’ll find art galleries, homewares & jewellery stores. For more shopping options, head to Kuta or Legian, a short taxi ride away.
