Flanked by lofty trees and only minutes from the beach, the six-room Seseh Beach Villa II makes for a perfect holiday escape in Bali. Featuring masterful contemporary engineering, strong timber entryways, marble and teak apparatuses and clean solid floors. The property is a  two-story house with an open-sided dining area, a 14-metre swimming pool, and an extensive poolside balé set inside a roomy greenhouse with a level yard that makes a perfect setting for a tropical Bali wedding.

The main building houses a sweeping parlour with a bar, a formal lounge area, and six aerated and cooled rooms, including a children’s room fitted with cots for four. Most of the rooms are furnished with satellite-station TVs and bordered via ventilated bathrooms.

Villa Staff

A highly trained and very customer-friendly team of staff welcomes guests with the usual world-class Balinese hospitality. The villa offers 24-hour service consisting of a team of butlers, an in-house chef, maids and security guards. The villa manager is there to help you with anything you may need and handle special requests such as dinner reservations, tours, car hire even special dinner parties at the villa.

The estate, located in the coastal village of Seseh, allows visitors to witness the day-by-day life of the friendly local farmers and the Balinese villagers. Here you can appreciate the picturesque rice fields, take bike rides down tropical paths, or stroll along the shoreline. This is holiday living at its most relaxing, where you are far from the crowds and tourists.

If you’re a golfer, then Nirwana Golf & Country Club is a 15min drive and is credited as one of the best in Asia. Or, if you are into surfing, Echo, Pererenan, Berawa & Old Man’s Beach is a short scooter or car ride away.

Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club with water slides, a massive indoor trampoline centre, and ten-pin bowling. You can also take them for a surf lesson at Old Man’s Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. They might even like a day out at Waterbom Bali in Kuta, with huge water slides, for a fun day out with the family. They’ll love the burgers at Pit Stop, BB52 or Bang Bang for dinner. Follow this up with dessert at Funky Pancakes, Al Bacio or Gaya Gelato.

For the ladies, some upmarket day spas along Jalan Batu Bolong are where you can get your hair and nails done and have a dreamy Balinese massage. Head to Goldust Beauty Lounge, AMO, and the stylish Spring Day Spa for the best treatments.

There are some great gyms nearby for cardio workouts; there’s an F45 studio on Jalan Batu Bolong, The Wrong Gym or Obsidian in Pererenan and Bull Gym or SOMA on Jalan Raya Canggu where you can burn off those holiday calories! Follow this up with days shopping at Love Anchor market or the shops along Batu Bolong. Seminyak’s trendy Oberoi area is also great for browsing art galleries, homewares & jewellery shops.

For those who love going to cafes & restaurants, the popular areas of Batu Bolong and Batu Mejan are nearby. Make sure you try: Mason, Sensorium, Copenhagen, Rise and Shine, Old Man’s & The Lawn (for sunset drinks & chilled music), Deus ex Machina, Crate, and The Common and for those that love their healthy salads, make sure you go to Shady Shack or I am Vegan Babe. There are also many cafes and beachside restaurants at Echo Beach, where you can watch the sunset with a few cold Bintangs.

The villa has a private car and driver service, and guests are able to enjoy free service for 8 hours per day. This quiet seaside village feels like it is miles from any place however is only a 20-minute drive from the restaurants, nightlife and shops of Petitenget and Seminyak. So if you like shopping or a night out at one of the fabulous restaurants or bars – it’s really easy to get to. Your villa manager will be more than happy to organise transportation for you.
