Villa Una is an expansive 5 bedroom holiday Seminyak villa rental right in the heart of the popular and vibrant Seminyak. Just a 5 min walk to the famed ‘Eat Street’ the villa boasts a huge private pool and the villa architectural design elements embrace everything that represents beautiful Bali. It’s the perfect accommodation option for families with children and caters to everyone’s needs, including those wanting to be able to take a casual stroll to  Seminyak Beach or spend days shopping in Seminyak, Legian & Kuta.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The garden is spacious, to say the least, with a huge swimming pool, 10 metres in length it makes it ideal for swimming laps and the kids will love the dolphin mosaic as well. The lawn offers plenty of space for the kids to run around and the adults will appreciate the vibrant bougainvilleas, fragrant frangipanis and the tall coconut palms, gently swaying in the tropical breeze. A traditional relaxation gazebo is perfect to rest out of the sun as the kids play to their heart’s content.

Living Areas

The living, dining and kitchen areas are all located within the same space which is completely open-air for you to enjoy tropical indoor/outdoor living at its best. Rich teak timbers, traditional artifacts, artworks, ornaments and hand-crafted furnishings are a highlight here. There is a large LCD TV with an accompanying DVD player for evening or all day viewing, maybe some live sport the order of the day. The kitchen is well equipped and its terrazzo breakfast counter is ideal for breakfasts and snacks throughout the day.

5 Modern bedrooms with air-con

The guests of the master suite are certainly spoilt, occupying the entire first floor of the main pavilion with a private deck overlooking the gardens. Its teak timber interiors make it cozy and the king sized, four-poster bed ensures total comfort. The private en-suite has a large soaking tub and all the amenities for you have you looking your best for a night out on the town. Two more guest suites are also located in the main pavilion with open-air en-suites and rain showers. A traditional Lumbung pavilion houses the last two guest suites with its own private patio and plenty of privacy away from the main pavilion.

Staff & Services

The villa is fully serviced with a villa manager who oversees the additional villa members of the staff including housemaids, pool attendants and security guards. They are there to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Anything you need, just ask them.

The villa is located just off Jalan Mertasari which is just 5 minutes to Ultimo Restaurant in the heart of Oberoi’s famous Eat Street. Shiro Sushi & Sake Bar is just a 2 min walk from the villa and if you want to enjoy some amazing fine dining Italian cuisine, then Settimo Cielo is an amazing, authentic rustic food experience.

In the mornings you can walk to Monsieur Spoon for a coffee & croissant or Sisterfields, both within a few metres of each other with fabulous menus. For those that can’t live without their coffee then you’ll love the location of Villa Una as there are so many amazing cafes nearby where you can also grab a bite to eat with the kids. Head to Kim Soo ( which sells homewares as well), Sea Circus, the super-popular Revolver or Starbucks along Eat Street.

Seminyak Square has everything you will need in terms of groceries ( you can stock up on all your villa supplies, fresh food, snacks & alcohol) and ATM access. This is also a good launch point if you want to do some shopping as there are loads of shops here and around the Eat Street area.

Ladies will love the fact that there are upmarket day spas close by where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments go to the Blow Bar along Jalan Kayu Aya, the stylish Therapy day spa, The Shampoo Lounge or Jari Menari. Follow this up with an afternoon browsing the art galleries, homewares & jewellery stores in the chic Oberoi area. For more shopping options hop into a Blue Bird taxi and make your way to the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta where you’ll find the Discovery Shopping & Lippo Mall.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Watrebom Bali ( Asia’s premier water theme park in Kuta ) or to the Finns Recreation Club where there are even more water slides plus ten pin bowling and an indoor trampoline centre called Bounce. For dinner you can take them for a Chinese meal at Happy Chappy’s or perhaps burgers and fries at Johnny Rockets, BossMan or Grill’d. For dessert, there’s gelato at Gusto & Mades Manis or hand made chocolates at Krakakoa.

Ku De Ta & Potato Head are great day clubs all within a short distance of the villa. Make sure you pop down there for sunset cocktails or a few cold Bintangs and dinner afterwards. The ambience,  the music and the sensational beach views are a fantastic experience.
