The downstairs portion of this two-storey holiday home houses the expansive and spacious living areas directly over the swimming pool. The space is furnished with rich dark timber furniture. A huge black and white print of a traditional Balinese dance hangs on the wall over the large, comfy sofa. Guests can relax on the low-level sofa sets around a timber coffee table, and the main dining table offers rustic bench-style seating. There are quaint two-person dining tables for intimate chats under the staircase; the space is cooled with ceiling fans and its open-air design.

There is plenty to do and see. On your doorstep is Oberoi Street, with great casual restaurants such as Ultimo, Sisterfields, Biku, Ling Lings and Cornerhouse.
Beach Clubs. You can walk 5 minutes to KU DE TA or Potato Head for sunset cocktails and some fine dining or go to the new mega beach club Cafe Del Mar, a short taxi ride in Batu Belig. Other beach clubs nearby worth visiting include Finns, WooBar, La Brisa on Echo Beach and Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa.
Cafes & restaurants. If you’re a foodie and love trying new restaurants & cafes, this villa is in the perfect location, right in the heart of Seminyak. Some cafes worth going to are Sea Circus, Monsieur Spoon, Revolver, Sisterfields (family-friendly), Kim Soo, Biku and Kynd Community.
Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club, where there are water slides, a huge indoor trampoline centre & ten-pin bowling. There’s also Waterbom Bali (Asia’s premier water theme park), a fun day out for the family. They might also like a surf lesson on Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. You can also take them to Tanah Lot Temple (10 km away) for sunset photos or the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary in Ubud (21 km away) for a day’s tour. For dinner, there’s authentic Indonesian food at Made’s Warung, ribs at Naughty Nuri’s and burgers at Johnny Rockets or BossMan. And they’ll enjoy dessert at Gusto Gelato in Kerobokan.

Start at Seminyak Square on the corner of Jl Katu Aya and Jl Cendana and make your way towards Legian, where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs. There’s Beachwalk in Kuta or the Kartika Plaza area for more shopping options.
Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Champagne Bar, The Forge or The Goat on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn or have a nightcap at La Plancha on Double Six Beach.
