Tucked away in a quiet lane just a few hundred meters from Seminyak’s most popular street, Jalan Oberoi (Eat Street), guests can easily walk to the most popular attractions. Situated on 1900 square meters of land, the villa is spacious, offering guests plenty of room to move around the villa and for the kids to play in the pool and garden.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The centrepiece of the tropical gardens is the 25-metre pool, which reaches far into the garden, and a spacious ironwood timber pool deck has plenty of recliners at the ready to enjoy the warm Bali sun. A huge open-air pavilion by the pool acts as a yoga barn with its timber floors, ceiling fans, soaring ceiling and yoga apparatus. It is a multipurpose space that can be used to suit your individual needs.

Living Areas

The open-plan living pavilion features a large square dining table, a modern kitchen with lots of amenities, a separate cocktail bar area and a very comfortable living room. The lounge has a selection of musical instruments to liven up the ambience, a large TV with cable channels and an array of Asian artifacts from around the archipelago, adding a sense of ethnicity to the space.

Upstairs in the main pavilion are three oversized suites, and another four guest suites are located in bungalows on the ground floor. The master suite upstairs features a private balcony, a separate lounge area and a huge king-sized bed, and the en-suite is a lavish affair with a monsoon shower and a semi-open-air design. The guest suites also feature premium king-size beds, en-suites, air-con and private patio terrace areas.

Staff & Services

A team of friendly and professional Balinese staff services Villa Yoga. Should you wish to host a party or special event, the team at Villa Yoga will make it happen; they are very experienced in catering to large groups for special events. The villa manager oversees your team of housekeeping staff that will ensure the villa is kept clean and well-maintained throughout your stay. They’ll clean all bedrooms and bathrooms, change bed linen, replace wet towels and clean all common areas and the kitchen.

Around Villa Yoga, Seminyak (near Eat Street, day spas and family-friendly restaurants)

Located just a few minutes walk from the famed Jalan Oberoi, “Eat Street” along Jalan Drupadi, guests can easily walk out of the villa to many great spas where you can experience rejuvenating massages and get your hair and nails done. Make sure you go to Jari Menari, Prana, The Shampoo Lounge or the stylish Therapy Day Spa at the top of Jalan Kayu Aya. Follow this up with some shopping along Jalan Legian, where you’ll find clothing, jewellery & homewares stores. If you want to do some souvenir shopping, make your way to Kartika Plaza in Kuta or perhaps the Seminyak Flea Market in the Oberoi area.

There are some great cafes nearby where you can also grab a bite to eat with the kids. Head to the popular Cornerhouse, Revolver, Shelter Cafe or Sisterfields. There is even a Starbucks within walking distance.

If you feel like partying, why not start the evening off at The Champagne Bar (500 metres away) or The Forge Pub for pre-dinner drinks then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila, and lots of fun times. Continue the party at La Favela ( 300 meters  ) or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn, or go to Potato Head Beach Club (1.8 km away ) for a nightcap before heading back to the villa.

Travelling with kids?  Take them to Watrerbom Bali (Asia’s biggest water theme park) in Kuta for a fun day out on the waterslides or perhaps a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and an instructor by the hour. Culturally, take them to the popular Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud or the holy Hindu Tanah Lot Temple on the water for sunset photos. For dinner, there’s the popular Made’s Warung opposite Bintang Supermarket, where they can have an authentic Indonesian meal while watching a Legong dance show. They might even like the burgers at Grill’d or BossMan. For dessert, you have to take them to the famous Gusto Gelato along Jalan Mertanadi or for the best handmade chocolate, go to Krakakoa.

Day Spas. Ladies, there are some fantastic day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those fabulous Bali massages. Make sure you go to  The Shampoo Lounge, Jari Menari,  The popular Blow Bar or Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village.

You can easily walk to Seminyak Square, where you will find an array of shops and vendors selling souvenirs and a little further down the street, you reach Seminyak Beach, the iconic Ku DE TA, Mrs. Sippy & Potato Head Beach Club. Make sure you come here for sunset cocktails and dinner. Even better, why not make the trip to Cafe Del Mar on Batu Belig beach, which is a 10-minute taxi ride away? Hire your own private cabana for the day and enjoy the music, food, drinks and sensational beach views.
