5 bedrooms

There are 5 bedrooms in  Villa Alea and 4 bedrooms in Villa Aloui. So, with the combined two villas, there are 9 bedrooms in total. Depending on your group size, the estate can be rented as a 7, 8 or 9-bedroom holiday rental. The rooms you are not using are closed, and you still have exclusive use of the entire villa estate. Alea Estate bedrooms have comfy beds and modern ensuite bathrooms to make you feel as relaxed as possible. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, and you have great wifi in each room. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floors, with easy access out to the gardens and pools (great for an early morning swim), and the remaining 5 bedrooms are on the second floors with private balconies and garden views.

The two interconnecting villas are great for families of friends to spend quality time together by the two private swimming pools. The adults can relax in one pool while the kids can splash around and play in the second swimming pool (leaving the grown-ups in peace). Surround the pool is a lovely, well-maintained garden area with lush lawn space and ample room for the kids to run around. Alea Estate is so large that it gives everyone lots of space and room for some quiet downtime or, if you prefer, to relax all together by the day bed next to the pool. An interconnecting gate joins the two villas, ideal for two families holidaying together and each valuing quiet time. 

Living areas

Both living areas are separate from the bedrooms in open-air Bali-style spaces. The villa features traditional and comfortable furnishings, comfortable and relaxing lounge areas, dining spaces and fully equipped kitchens; each villa at Alea Estate feels like a tropical paradise just waiting to be enjoyed. You can prepare meals or snacks for the kids in the kitchen (there are supermarkets nearby) or get the villa manager to prepare a BBQ dinner or special evening event with delicious Balinese food.

Balinese staff

At Alea Estate, you don’t have to lift a finger while staying there as there’s a team of professional, courteous and friendly Balinese staff to clean the entire villa, change linen and ensure clean towels by the pool. Your villa manager can arrange tours, babysitters, private chefs and in-house massages; the manager can arrange anything you need so you have the most memorable and fun-packed stay at Alea Estate.

Around Alea Estate in Kerobokan (near Seminyak, Canggu & Berawa)

Alea Estate is in a central location in a quiet area yet close to the main tourist hotspots of Canggu, Seminyak and Berawa. Spean the days shopping in Seminyak, hit the beach clubs in Canggu and enjoy cafe hopping in Berawa; Alea Estate is a great base to explore all the fun spots of Bali.

Are you travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club, which has waterslides, ten-pin bowling, and a massive indoor trampoline centre. They’ll also love a surf lesson at Double Six or Seminyak Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. There are ribs at Naughty Nuris In Kerobokan, burgers at BossMan, and Grill’d or Sisterfields for dinner.

Day Spas. Ladies, there are some fabulous day spas near the villa where you can get your hair and nails done and get a dreamy Balinese massage. For some of the best treatments, head to Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget and Spring Day Spa at Serminyak Village.

Cafes & restaurants. Kerobokan has some great cafes and restaurants where you can grab a coffee or take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you visit Pison, Revolver on Eat Street, Braud, and Ingka.

Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Forge, Ling Lings or Shooters for pre-dinner drinks; then it’s off to Motel Mexicola or Cafe Del Mar for dinner and fun times. Continue the party at Shi Shi or La Favela, where you can dance till dawn.
