It is perfect for a large family gathering or friends wanting a stunning beachfront setting for their next Bali holiday. The villa is a 5-10 minute drive to Seminyak’s famous Eat Street, where shops, cafes and fine dining options exist. With a range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom separate villas (all within 1 secure estate), your loved ones can choose a size to suit them.

All villas within The Chand’s Boutique Villa Complex feature their garden terrace, swimming pool and poolside gazebo perfect for lazy days by the pool on the reclining day beds. Watch the kids play in the pool as you sit in the shaded gazebo, sipping a few afternoon cocktails or cold Bintangs with your friends. You’ll easily slip into holiday mode once you take your first morning’s dip in the sparkling pool waters.

Cafes & restaurants. If you love your coffee and a bite, there are some great places to take the group or kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you go to Sisterfields opposite Seminyak Village (family-friendly), Cornerhouse, Shelter, Batik, the super-popular Revolver, Watercress and Monsieur Spoon. In Berawa, Milk and Madu and Butterman and Milu by Nook are nearby and are great choices.
Fancy Partying? Start the night off at 707 Beach Bern on Batu Belig Beach, where you can watch the sunset over a few cold cocktails or perhaps the Champagne Bar or The Forge on Eat Street. Continue the party at Motel Mexicola, where there are tacos, tequila shots and fun times. Finally, head to La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.
Day Spas. Ladies, some of the best day spas in Seminyak are nearby, where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the most amazing treatments, head to Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget or JAMU in Berawa.

Make sure you visit KU DE TA, Potato Head, Cafe Del Mar and the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa.
Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club, which offers waterslides, ten-pin bowling and an indoor trampoline centre. They’d also like a surfing lesson on Old Man’s beach. You can also hire a car for the day or get a driver to take the family to the Monkey Forest in Ubud, Tanah Lot or Uluwatu Temple for sunset photos or Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the massive waterslides. For dinner, there’s Indonesian at Warung Mades, Chinese at Golden Monkey at The Tamora Gallery or burgers & ribs at Wild Hog.

The place was located right smack in front of the beach! Calmer side of Seminyak but still a reasonable walking distance to the cafes, convenience store, pharmacy and popular hang out places such as Kudeta and Potato Head.
Next to it there's this cute little warong with amazingly cheap food. Warong mina. AWESOME!
and the best part of our stay there itself was the Villa itself.
The villa is so spacious for a couple and maybe a family of four. Comes equip with a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a large bathroom!
Honestly this place has more of a Bali feel and you could tell that the place has been there for awhile but what the heck right. Cleanliness was acceptably good. View is uh-meh-zeeng!
Staff were amazingly helpful! and the area does not restrict GRAB, GO-JEK OR UBER to enter which was AWESOME!

WOW - absolutely perfect for our large group. There were 4 families all with children and The Chands Estate offered exactly what we wanted. Basically, we could all be together when we wanted but could always go back to our private villa for some downtime.
The location and the sunset cocktails at the beach were a highlight and it was something we always looked forward to. I also wanted to thank Eris at Bali Villa Escapes for arranging this and being so attentive with all my emails.
