The villa’s 14-metre pool is ideal for fun family times spent around the pool as you sun-bake, and the kids play games on the lawn in between sumptuous BBQ meals by the pool prepared by your chef and served by the friendly team of butlers. The pool’s wooden deck hoses sun lounges and umbrellas, and upstairs is a sundeck with outdoor lounges, a great spot to enjoy the sunsets.
Living Areas
The living area is practical, modern and spacious; as you walk off the pool deck, there is a large sofa where you can watch TV, listen to music or just enjoy the pool views. A large timber dining table with high-back chairs comfortably sleeps 6, and a modern galley-style kitchen has everything you will need. Guests have the option of tropical breezes or air-conditioned comfort when socializing in this great living space.

Had the most perfect holiday at Villa Aquila with our family of 5. Everything about the villa was so much better than we expected. Being picked up at the airport by and taken directly to the villa was the first impression we had and it only got better from that point onwards. The staff were friendly and very courteous and the location was amazing. We will definitely be back next year.

We love Batubelig as it's so close to Seminyak. All we needed to do was get a taxi and we were in Eat St in less than 10 minutes. So handy and perfect for our small group who liked eating out at night. Naughty Nuris was close by and our favourite restaurant.
The villa was really clean and looked after by the super efficient villa team. Meals were also fabulous and prepared by the chef who was more than happy to whip up some dishes whenever we were peckish. For the price this is a gem - easily happy to give this a 10 out of 10!

Had stayed at Villa Aquila with my 3 children and had a fantastic time. This is the perfect vacation villa. The staff were overly attentive who were always happy to cook anything we wanted or make quick snacks for our hungry kids - what ever they anted they got...hamburgers, Balinese dishes right through to milkshakes!
One thing that really stood out for us was the way the villa was methodically maintained and cleaned daily. Everything was to the very highest standard. Rooms, bathrooms, pool and garden were spotless. A highlight of the villa was the swimming pool which was large enough for loads of family fun!
In short summary: A very blissful vacation experience, that we are eager to do again...pit LA is so far from Bali, but we will try to get here next year!

The villa has a beautiful layout and design which was the very first thing we noticed. The kids went crazy in the pool everyday and enjoyed the fact that they could have anything they wanted to eat during the day. We just loved the ambiance and were happy to laze around and enjoy the vibe. This was the perfect villa in a seriously great location close to some family friendly restaurants. It was also close to the Canggu Splash Park which was ideal for the kids who went there a few times. For the price per night this was incredibly good value for our family holiday.

Only a quick 10 minute walk to Miss Sippy, Ku De Ta and Potato Head which was exactly what we wanted - smack bang i the centre of Oberoi / Seminyak. 5 star service by the staff and the friendly villa manager who was there is we needed anything. Villa had security which was an added bonus. Clean and really comfortable with a lovely pool area. Have already raved on abut this to a few of my mates.

Tasteful design and wonderful presentation. Immaculately maintained. Everything was so clean. Short walk to shopping and restaurants in Seminyak which was great. The staff were a real highlight and made sure all our holiday wishes were met with a quick response and happy / professional manner. We bought supplies at the Pepito supermarket which was nearby and the chef was happy to whip us some meals for us and the children. Happy to recommend and the kids are begging me to take them back.

Tranquil Villa in a superb location!
Form the moment we arrived at Villa Aquila, we knew we were all in for a wonderful 10 days in Seminyak. Our flight was delayed by 9 hours, so we arrived late at night, however that didn't change the wonderful greeting by Yasa and the Villa Aquila staff. As soon as we walked into the Villa via a secure entrance, we immediately felt at home and so safe. The Villa looked brand new! It was clean, the gardens were beautiful and the pool was amazing! We all couldn't wait for the next day to start enjoying ourselves! After a good nights sleep, we all got up and headed to breakfast where we met Evan our wonderful chef, cleaner and all-round legend! He could not do enough for us and his breakfasts were to die for! He even made a mean coffee! Evan was always there at any time and when we locked ourselves out, one quick message was all it took to have him there in 1 minute to let us in! This Villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends. We all had an amazing time. We even managed to watch the footy on the Villa cable TV! Loved it!
Our rooms were clean and comfy and were cleaned every morning! The location of the Villa was amazing. So close to Eat street and only a 10 min walk to the beach (Ku De Ta entrance). The restaurant 'Basil' is about 5 metres away and the food there was awesome!
They even bought us our 'take-away' into the Villa. We didn't have to get out of the pool! We all wanted to stay for longer! We would definitely recommend Villa Aquila and we are all planning our trip back here next year!
