Villa Balissima is a value-packed 3-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental and is perfectly located in the heart of Bali’s vibrant Seminyak; you are  300 metres to Naughty Nuri’s, 1.4 km to KU DE TA and Petitenget Beach. What a great location! Staying here, you really get the best of both worlds: close to central Seminyak with loads of privacy once you are in the private pool villa. This cosy villa has warm and very homely colours and is decorated stylishly, so you definitely feel as though you’re in a tropical ‘garden of Eden’.

Outdoor and pool area

Villa Balissima has a definitive Balinese charm and is your typical Bali Villa with its alang-alang roof and lush garden. There are lots of plants and Buddha statues to remind you always that you are in a  Balinese oasis. The swimming pool is 5 metres, which gives the kids ample room for playing. The 2 wooden sunbeds are perfectly positioned around the pool so you can relax and catch up on some much-needed holiday reading. If you prefer, you can take a nap on the rattan lounge after a morning sightseeing around the Seminyak neighbourhood.

The living area

As you would expect from this tropical gem, all living spaces are open plan, and the views are open to the garden and pool, giving the ambience of a light and airy space. There are sofas on the verandah where everyone can come together and plan the day’s activities or chill out and have a few afternoon cocktails. When it comes to the evening, you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at the 6-seater dining table. If you fancy cooking for your guests or family, their kitchen is fully equipped and ready to enjoy. Supermarkets and delis are close by, so getting fruit, veggies, alcohol and supplies for your dinner party is really easy.

The master bedroom with air-con

The main bedroom is in a separate bungalow on the far end of the garden, which means you get loads of privacy. As you open the glass doors of this spacious bedroom, there is a large sofa plus all the modern-day conveniences you would want, like flat-screen cable TV, with a massive queen-sized bed. There is also a large closet for all your clothes and a safety deposit box for peace of mind. If you feel like a warm soak at the end of the day, there is also a large stone bathtub & to add to the novelty, there is an outdoor rain shower.

The guest bedrooms

The 2 spacious and air-conditioned guest bedrooms are located within the main living area. You will find that the rooms are really comfortable, and as soon as you enter, you will find that they are quiet and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Both rooms have queen-size beds. There are also walk-in wardrobes and safety deposit boxes. The en suites, as you would imagine, are luxe with beautiful tropical plants, semi-opened to give you that Bali feel and luxurious stone bathtubs.

Staff and services

Friendly in-house villa staff to cater for all your holiday needs. They will clean the villa daily and can also organise anything you need, such as tours, babysitters, massages, dinner parties and transport.

Around Villa Balissima, Seminyak (near Eat Street, Seminyak Village & beach)

The villa is centrally located in the northern part of Seminyak, near Eat Street. Basically, you could not ask for a better location. Restaurants, bars, cafes and shops are all within a stone’s throw. Taking the kids out for a meal or going out for a shopping trip is what this villa is all about. If you are a coffee fan, head to the popular Revolver, Kynd Community, Coffee Cartel, Monsieur Spoon or BAKED (near Seminyak Village) or Kim Soo, where you can shop for homewares.

The beaches are also nearby, which is perfect if you fancy going for a swim, surfing or watching those legendary Balinese sunsets. Make sure you go to Ku De Ta or Potato Head to watch the sunset with a few cocktails and chilled music, followed by a meal. You might also like to go to the famous La Lucciola restaurant on Petitenget beach for a fantastic Italian meal while watching the ocean.

Travelling with kids? Take them for a surf lesson at Seminyak Beach, where you can hire boards & an instructor by the hour. You can also take them to the  Finns Recreation Club, where there are incredible water slides, a ten-pin bowling centre called  Strike and a massive indoor trampoline centre. You can also take them to Tanah Lot Temple to watch the sunset for a cultural experience. For lunch or dinner, there’s Happy Chappy’s or perhaps burgers at Sisterfields, BossMan, or Grill’d. Follow this up with dessert at the famous Gusto Gelato or treats at Candylicious.

For the ladies, there are some upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, go to The Shampoo Lounge at the top of Jalan Kayu Aya or The Blow Bar. There are also many shops nearby where you can grab a bargain, a souvenir or a gift to take back home. You can also explore the Oberoi area, where you’ll find many art galleries and upscale boutiques. If you want to buy clothes or jewellery, then Seminyak is perfect as there are some high-end shops throughout the Eat Street area.
