Villa Arjuna is a 3-bedroom Seminyak villa holiday rental & is everything that represents Balinese style and architecture and combined with an amazing location, very close to Potato Head, Ku De Ta, it offers easy access to the diverse array of boutique shops, restaurants, galleries, chic day spas, great cafes, yoga studios and of course the best parts of Seminyak Beach.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
Once you walk through the antique wooden doors guests are greeted by an oasis of lush tropical palms and plants, surrounding the private pool, while ornate statues and Alang Alang thatched roofs complement. There is a bale with soft cushions to relax out of the sun and sun lounges wait for you by the pool.
Living Areas
The living area is open-aired and features a comfy rattan sofa and a lovely circular marble dining table where you can enjoy meals day and night prepared by the villa staff. There are lovely pieces of antique furniture and artworks from around the archipelago adding to the ambience.
3 Bedrooms
A series of traditional Balinese pavilions are located in the tropical gardens around the pool. The three bedrooms are well-spaced apart giving guests plenty of privacy in their own sleeping quarters. The king-size timber beds have mosquito nets for a peaceful night’s sleep and all the rooms are air-conditioned with pleasant en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a private balcony, offering lovely views across the rice fields.

Villa Arjuna is strategically located just off Jalan Kaya Ayu or as more commonly known, ‘Eat Street’. Guests can walk just a few hundred meters to the famed Ku De Ta, direct beach access can be gained via the car park here. Of course, guests will be spoilt with choices when considering where to go for dinner or maybe some window shopping along the famous Seminyak strip.
Cafes & restaurants. If you love to go to cafes there are loads of them near the villa where you can have your morning coffee or take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you try: Monsieur Spoon, BAKED (at Seminyak Village) the famous Revolver, Ultimo, Sisterfields & Sea Circus.
Shopping. If you want to shop then Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village are very nearby and have boutiques, children’s wear, and surf shops. Jalan Kayu Aya (Eat Street ) is also packed with shops. For more shopping options, head into Legian, where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs, or Kuta, which has large shopping centres like Lippo or Discovery Shopping Mall.
Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the waterslides with the whole family. Or, they’ll enjoy a surf lesson at Double Six Beach where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For dinner there are tasty burgers at Grill’d, BossMan or Wah Wah or ribs at Naughty Nuris. For dessert, nothing beats the delish gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan.
Day Spas. Spent a fabulous week here with our 3 children and all we can say is what a wonderful villa this is and what a fantastic experience we all had. As soon as we arrived we knew that we had made the right decision and we immediately felt right at home.
The whole villa was perfect for the family. In terms of location it was really central and if we wanted to go anywhere the super helpful villa staff were more than happy to organise taxis for us and book restaurants in Seminyak every night - this was real customer service!
The kids absolutely loved the pool and we were content to just hang out and enjoy doing nothing - this was totally relaxing and we can't wait to come back here next time. If your looking for real holiday value I recommend a stay in this villa.

Every time we walked in the villa after a long days sightseeing or shopping in Seminyak we knew we were coming back home to a lovely place. Friendly staff. Koman was a real gem and looked after us like we were part of his family. Location was also really central where we could take the kids for a meal at night.

Stayed with my kids for a week in June / July and it was fantastic. Beautiful accommodation and staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The villa was close to so many restaurants and the beach was only slightly further away. Ideal for a family getaway, will certainly be back!

Villa Arjuna - Great!
This was our 2nd stay at Villa Arjuna and we experienced the same great service as always. Breakfast was always cooked in our villa on time, they were always punctual when they came back to service the rooms and the managers would check on us to see if we needed anything or had any problems. We had requested the fridge stocked with beer for our arrival - it had been done so my hubby had some nice cold beers after travelling. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are always clean, garden and pool are well maintained.
We did lose power but Gede was down to see us and offered to start the generator so we had power but we declined and a bit over an hour later the power came back on. All the staff are lovely - right down to the gardening man and security guys - all had a good sense of humour and very friendly. This villa is in a good location for restaurants, ATM, supermarket etc but it is at a cross section of the laneways and can get a bit noisy with motorbikes and drunk people returning to their accommodation further down the laneway but that is not a reflection on Villa Bugis at all and it is out of their control.
Overall I have stayed 4 times at Villa Bugi properties and I am sure I will be staying some more - we had a great time and they make it so easy for us. Thank you Villa Bugis staff!!
