Surrounded by lush, tropical landscaped gardens and a huge private pool (the kids will love), Villa Bogor is close to some of the most popular restaurants, cafes and beach clubs in the super-popular Batu Bolong area. Living areas
The gorgeous open-plan living room is on the ground floor, where guests can look out to the beautiful garden and pool area, which is great for adults to chill out while watching the kids play in the pool. Six bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests (making this the perfect large holiday villa). In addition, there are 5 spacious bedrooms in the main building and 1 bedroom in the guest villa by the pool for extra privacy. All bedrooms are fully furnished with a modern fit-out, fully-airconditioned and come with king-sized beds, large wardrobes for storage, TVs and elegant private en-suite bathrooms (with rain showers and deep soaking bathtubs to add to that tropical vibe). There are three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, and downstairs is 2 side by side rooms and a separate fully private guest room perfect for older teens or grandparents. In addition, one of the bedrooms is located on the ground level, with bunk beds sleeping 4 guests (great for kids sharing).
Swimming pool
The highlight of the villa is the 18-metre swimming pool, which is the centrepiece of the villa estate. It’s great for kids as there’s a shallow area where they can play, or the adults can relax with a few afternoon cocktails. Surrounding the pool is a large deck area with sun lounges and sun parasols, plus a gazebo, which is great for catching up on some holiday reading or having an afternoon nap in the shade. With all these added extras, you will not find a better family holiday villa in the Canggu area.

Our favourites are Tiga (for excellent Indo and Western food at great prices), the popular Crate (perfect for the health-conscious), the super-popular Deus ex Machina, Mason (for the best steaks), Milks and Madu (very family-friendly) and the iconic Revolver (for the best coffee).
Travelling with kids? Take them to Old Man’s Beach for a surf lesson where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. Or, to the Finns Recreation Club in Berawa, with waterslides, ten-pin bowling, tennis and an indoor trampoline centre. There are burgers at Pit Stop, The Common or Penny Lane and pizza at Luigis Hot Pizza for dinner, and for dessert, they’ll love the gelato at Al Baccio or Gaya.

mazing, brand-new, luxurious villa for a (large) group near the beach.
Our group of 13 stayed at the fantastic villa Bogor from the 3rd till the 16th of august. We’ve had a wonderful experience at villa Bogor; to name a couple highlights about this villa: 1: The staff; The villa was very well staffed, and the staff was incredibly hospitable. Within a day they knew everyone by name which made the whole holiday extra personal. The staff was almost 24/7 available and they made sure we had a very good time. The villa was always cleaned and every day the garden was taken care by several gardeners. On one day we wanted to take a scooter tour through Bali and Desak (one of the managers of Villa Bogor) suggested she could be our tour guide. She showed us the biggest rice field of the world (that is in the more center of Bali), a cocoa factory and the oldest and biggest (holy) tree of Bali. Also, Wayan (the general manager) was always available to help us have a great Bali experience. Whenever we decided to go out, Wayan made sure the reservations were made, transportation was arranged, and that we got a warm welcome wherever we decided to go to. Wayan also showed us very nice temples and other holy places. He learned our group a lot about the Hindu religion. Wayan was so hospitable that we even met his family one day and got a house tour. We were welcomed like his family and had a good time with his wife and son (and dogs). Besides the hospitable, the staff always made sure we had a nice breakfast in the morning and a 3-course dinner in the evening. 2: The location; The villa is located in the south coast of Bali. This is a very good place when you would like to go to the beach, experience the Bali night life and taste the Indonesian kitchen. You do see that Canggu is focused on tourists because you have a lot of healthy smoothie bars and yoga classes. The beach is only on a 5-minute walk from the villa. From our group, a couple of guys went surfing almost every single day! In the nights we went a couple of times to the Sandbar, that is also a 5-minute walk from the villa. This is a great place to get some beers and party throughout the night. 3: The villa; Without doubt the most luxurious place I’ve ever visited. The rooms were beautiful and very spatial. Every bedroom has his own private bathroom. The bathrooms are almost as large as the bedrooms, and consisted of a bathtub, rain shower, toilet, and roof to floor glass doors that you could open and have an outdoor tropical shower experience. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept very well during my visit. The rooms were cleaned every single day, which gave me a 5-star hotel feeling. The villa also had an amazing swimming pool and lounge area. Behind the swimming pool there is a well-maintained garden with rice fields, ducks, a nice little bridge, and a pond with carp fish. The cinema in villa Bogor is very nice place to relax in the evening. The couches are soft, and we watched some movies over there during our visit whenever we didn’t feel like going out. To conclude, I had the most wonderful time in villa Bogor and I would highly recommend staying over here. Nothing to complain about, just a solid 10/10.

Relaxing, beautiful and impeccable
I stayed in this beautiful villa for a total of 2 weeks with 14 adults. In the villa everything is finished very tastefully and luxurious and it is just a great place to be. Because the villa is so spacious, you can easily stay here with such a large group and have plenty of space for yourself. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are plentiful. Some nights you just want to relax and don't go out, the home cinema is the perfect spot for this! And then the outside living....
The pool is amazing and very large. The garden looks beautiful, the kois are fun to feed and the pet walking ducks bring a friendly feel to the place. All in all the garden is just a very relaxing place to be. The dining table is big enough to comfortably seat 14 and this is where we spent a lot of our time. In the 2 weeks we had delicious breakfast on request each morning and if we wanted, dinner could also be arranged and never disappointed! If you want to leave the Villa you are just a 2 minute scooter drive away from Canggu beach. Here you can surf, dine and just enjoy the beach every day of the week.
I really liked my stay here and I want to thank the lovely staff of Villa Bogor for making our stay so memorable!

Beautiful villa on an amazing location
What an amazing venue in the heart of canggu. There's really nothing alike in this area! Spacious rooms and bathrooms and a beautiful living area combining a big pool, dining area and a lounge. Also the staff was amazing, they were very friendly and served great food. They even showed us around the area visiting some hotspots. Definitely coming back here again!

Brilliant villa for a large family or group
Our group of four families stayed at Villa Bogor for a week in early September 2022. What a fantastic experience. Theo was very accommodating (pardon the pun) throughout the booking process, before he handed us over to the property manager, Wayan. Wayan answered all of our questions prior to arrival, and met us at the airport with enough vehicles to comfortably transport us all from the airport to the Villa, about an hour away in Canggu. What a fantastic Villa! Impeccably clean and still looking brand new, it is a beautiful property and the staff make it even better. Really friendly, engaged and attentive staff on site, led by the wonderful Desak, cater to your every need. The included breakfasts are great, and I highly recommend arranging for an in-house meal at least once during your stay, it was amazing food and made for a great night. The Villa is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and close to other amenities, including great cafes. It really made for an awesome holiday and we can't wait to go back.
