The villa is a private and exclusive luxury villa estate where you will have complete privacy, jaw-dropping views of the Indian Ocean and butler service right by the pool if you wish. A huge infinity pool stretches out to the limestone cliff-tops above Pandawa Beach on the upper level. There are plenty of rattan recliners to choose from, and at ground level, a generous manicured lawn provides plenty of room for the kids to play.

Living Areas

Spread out over two levels, there are a host of formal and informal lounges and dining areas to suit the mood of the meal. Internal decorative artworks, large wall-mounted mirrors, plush lounges, ottomans and armchairs create a sophisticated holiday environment. The kitchen can take on a commercial mode with a team of chefs and butlers for private functions such as weddings or be geared to cater for family meals. A media room is furnished with a huge daybed and a 55” flat-screen TV with plenty of cable channels.

The villa is designed to sleep up to 8 guests. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the King-sized bed in the Master suite. Splashes of decorative items in traditional Batik patterns add a touch of Bali, and an LED TV is on hand for nighttime relaxation. The en-suite fitted in white marble is stunning, with a rain shower and spacious walk-in wardrobes. Two guest suites are on the ground floor, as opulent as the Master suite with king-size beds, while the 4^th room also has a king-size bed.

Within a 2-minute drive down the hill, you will be on the sands of beautiful Pandawa Beach. It’s the perfect location for families as you can surf, swim, snorkel or just take an afternoon beach stroll. It’s also a great place to spend the afternoon and watch the sunset with a few cold Bintangs on the beach.

Travelling with kids? You can take the kids to the Kecak Fire Dance at sunset at the Uluwatu Temple. They’ll also love a surf lesson at Padang Padang Beach, where you can hire surfboards and instructors by the hour.  A seafood dinner on the sand at Jimbaran Bay is a must, or there’s The Cashew Tree, Kelly’s Warung or Gooseberry in Bingin, or the popular Suka Espresso for a casual meal.

Beach Clubs. Uluwatu is now one of the most popular beach club areas in Bali, and from the villa, you can easily visit the glamorous Savaya Beach Club, where you can relax with kids or party all night long! Other beach clubs nearby great for sunset cocktails are El Kabron, Single Fin at Suluban Beach, Ulu Cliffhouse, the super famous Rock Bar and the new Palmilla Beach Club.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of upmarket day spas throughout Uluwatu where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those fantastic Balinese massages. For beach treatments, head to Spring Day Spa, Esthetic Day Spa, and Ours Bali.

Shopping. If you want to shop, all you need to do is ask your villa manager to take you to The Samasta Lifestyle Village or Sidewalk Jimbaran Mall. There are shops, cafes, a wonderful rooftop bar, and places to take the kids for a meal. Uluwatu is now becoming a shopping hub, with boutique shops popping up along Jl Labuansait.

Surfing. If you’re a keen surfer, you will love this villa’s location as some world-class surf breaks nearby, such as Suluban beach at Uluwatu, Padang, Bingin and Greenbowl. Pack your boards, as you’re going to love it!
