Outdoor & Living Areas

A manicured lawn rolls out from the main pavilion towards the edge of the cliff, where you will find your private infinity swimming pool that offers views to die for over Pandawa Beach and the Indian Ocean. The 17-metre pool is sparkling and seems to disappear into the ocean horizon, resting upon the pool’s infinity edge as you lose yourself in the awe-inspiring views. The timber pool deck has plenty of recliners and chic day beds, offering an optional shading canopy and pastel parasols.

Living Areas

Guests can choose two main living areas, the open-air ground floor or a huge covered terrace on the upper floor, featuring extensive lounges to seat many guests at once comfortably. Downstairs, the large dining table will comfortably seat 14 guests as you enjoy tasty delights prepared by your private chef. There is an expansive media and bar area to watch your favourite Netflix series.

4 luxurious bedrooms

Each of the four tastefully appointed bedrooms features individual colourful decor; two of these rooms feature large king-sized beds and the remaining two offer twin bed configurations. All feature large private en-suite bathrooms with smooth granite surfaces, free-standing terrazzo baths and on the ground floor outdoor tropical monsoon showers.

Staff & Services

There is plenty of staff to look after you during your stay. The two villa managers will attend to any special requests and oversee a team of butlers, chefs, housemaids, spa therapists, private chauffeurs and security personnel. Maybe you need a babysitter or a pool safety fence; such needs are easily handled.

The villa’s location is perfect for guests to enjoy the entire Bukit Peninsula, the famous area of Uluwatu and Nusa Dua; immediately in front is the beautiful Pandawa Beach, great for swimming, surfing and there are several handicrafts and souvenir stalls here. The Bukit is an area where you get to escape the masses and crowds of Bali and experience uncrowded and untouched areas.

Jimbaran Bay is a must for a seafood dinner on the beach, and if you’re looking for some sunset cocktail bars, the Rock Bar, Fins, El Kabron, and  Omnia are sensational.

There are three golf courses on the peninsula, all of international standards. Great surfing beaches such as Uluwatu, Padang, Dreamlands, and Bingin are nearby, and the Uluwatu Temple and the GWK Cultural Park are popular tourist attractions.

If you want to do some shopping, your complimentary driver will be more than happy to take you to Seminyak, Legian, Jimbaran, Canggu or Kuta for the day.
