Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa has a wonderful private courtyard setting with a crystal clear water swimming pool just waiting for you to dive straight in before you unpacked your bags. The high perimeter wall is lined with lush tropical plants and flowers, and fluffy beach towels are carefully rolled on your poolside recliners, begging you to sprawl out and start working on that holiday tan you’ve been dying for.

Living Areas

The living area runs the full length of the swimming pool. It provides very comfortable tropical living, stylish décor and furnishings, black-on-white tiled floors, and bespoke wicker furnishings you might think you’ve booked at the Raffles Hotel. A series of ceiling fans cool the area, and at night the romantic glass chandeliers illuminate the space perfectly. At the far end, you can relax on the sofa, listen to music, use the Wi-Fi or watch TV with plenty of movie and sports channels. The rustic timber dining table seats up to 8 guests, just in case you want to show off your stunning holiday villa to any visiting friends and family. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your holiday catering needs.

The bedrooms are simply elegant and have the same Raffles charm as the downstairs living space. The black and white tile floors play off beautifully against the clean white walls and ceilings. The upstairs bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool, while the downstairs room opens directly onto the pool deck. The rooms are air-conditioned and have private en-suites.

Staff & Services

A housemaid will keep your villa perfectly clean with a daily cleaning service at a time that doesn’t encroach on your holiday privacy. The villa manager will be contactable 24 hours a day to ensure any additional requests are promptly attended to.

The villa is just a few hundred metres walk to the best part of Seminyak, where you will find all the best beach bars, such as La Plancha, where you can flop into a beanbag on the sand with a cold Bintang in hand whilst enjoying Bali’s famous sunsets.

Cafes & restaurants. If you can’t live without your daily coffee fix, you’ll be pleased to know that there are loads of amazing cafes nearby where you can grab a coffee and a bite to eat (all very affordable). Head to Cornerhouse with the kids for fantastic burgers, the super popular Revolver, Batik and Sisterfields for lunch after a morning shopping on  Eat Street.

Day Spas. Ladies, there are some great day spas near the villa where you can get your hair and nails done and one of those dreamy Balinese massages, Had to Prana, the stylish Spring Day Spa at the rooftop of Seminyak Village or the Shampoo Lounge at the top of Eat Street. In Petitenget (a short taxi ride away), there’s Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa.

Beach Clubs. For a treat, why not go to Ku De Ta, Potato Head or the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa for sunset cocktails and some fine dining? You can spend the day here by the pool and hire your private day bed. Other beach clubs worth visiting are The Lawn in Canggu, Finns in Berawa and the popular Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig.

Shopping. You’ll love the location of Villa Kailysa, as Seminyak is the shopping heart of Bali. Head to Jalan Raya Seminyak and make your way to Eat Street, and you’ll find loads of shops along the way where you can buy homewares, clothes, jewellery and artwork. For even more shops, go to Seminyak Square or Seminyak Village, jump into a taxi, and head to Legian or Kuta, where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Asia’s premier theme park, Waterbom Bali in Kuta, for a fun day out with the family or perhaps a surf lesson at Double Six Beach (you can hire boards there as well). There are burgers at Grill’d, BossMan or Wah Wah and pizza at Da Maria for dinner. For dessert, they’ll love the yummy gelato at Gusto or treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village.

Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Social, The Goat or The Forge on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Sightseeing. From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple with the kids,  Uluwatu Temple, Kuta Beach for sunset Bintangs and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.
