Villa Lanai is a 2 bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental & offers a wonderful central Seminyak location, the five-star services of a professionally managed private villa estate and 24-hour gated security.  From the villa, you can walk to Seminyak’s most popular tourist area, Eat Street, and within 10 minutes, the beach at the popular Potato Head & KU DE TA Beach Club.

Even though you’re just a short stroll to Eat Street, once you are within the high walls of Villa Lanai, you will experience complete peace and privacy. The garden is mostly taken up by the pools of crystal clear waters with a water feature at one end, adding a touch of Bali zen. By the pool, a covered timber patio provides a chic daybed for you to relax after a refreshing swim and an outdoor setting for 4 to enjoy meals outside during the day.

Living Areas

The kitchen, lounge and dining areas are open-plan with chic and ultra-stylish furnishings. An L-shaped suede lounge is positioned in front of a wall-mounted plasma TV; the circular glass dining table with its designer white chairs, ideal for a formal dinner, sits adjacent to the European-style kitchen with all the latest appliances.

Both bedrooms ensure all guests sleep comfortably with king-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are air-conditioned and boast a 46” plasma TV with cable channels. Hues of grey, black and white dominate the decor of both rooms and vibrant wall art and decorative ornaments blend perfectly.

The complex is serviced by a professionally trained team of warm and welcoming Balinese staff. The 24-hour front desk is very convenient; anytime, you can order catering, book a taxi or request the services of a babysitter or maybe in-house spa services.

Around Villa Lanai, Seminyak (fabulous location,  only 5 min to Eat Street)

Villa Lanai is located along Jalan Mertasari, just a 5-minute walk to Jalan Oberoi. From the villa, Seminyak Square is nearby with a great supermarket where you can stock up on all your holiday goodies, snacks, food and alcohol, shops of all descriptions, ice cream shops for the kids and ATMs.

You can easily walk to the beach as well, along the way passing popular eateries such as Sisterfields (a great place to take the family for a meal), Motel Mexicola and once on the sand, you will discover La Lucciola, a wonderful restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Travelling with kids? Waterbom Bali in Kuta & Finns Recreation Club in Canggu (waterslides, ten-pin bowling & trampolines) are a short taxi ride away. For dinner, they’ll enjoy burgers at BossMan, Grill’d or Johnny Rockets & dessert at Gusto Gelato in Kerobokan. You can also take the kids for delish treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village, close by.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are lots of upmarket day spas close by where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those amazing Balinese massages. Make sure you try Therapy, Spring Day Spa, Rob Peetoom & Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget, JI-VI, along Jalan Cendana or The Shampoo Lounge on Eat Street.

Beach Clubs. Seminyak has so many fabulous beach clubs where you can watch the sunset over the ocean with a few cocktails or cold Bintangs. Make sure you visit the famous KU DE TA, Potato Head, Mano Beach House or Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa.

Cafes & restaurants.  There are many wonderful cafes, all within walking distance, where you can get your coffee fix and a bite to eat. Head to Monsieur Spoon or BAKED (they have fresh croissants & pastries), Starbucks, the popular Revolver,  Cornerhouse and Sea Circus. If you need to stock up on your villa supplies,  Bintang supermarket is 10 minutes away, and there’s a convenience store at the front of the estate.

Shopping. You will love that the location of Villa Lanai is right in the heart of Seminyak, a shopper’s paradise! Start at Seminyak Square and head towards Legian and, finally, Kuta. Jalan Batu Bolong is another option in Canggu for great shopping.

Fancy Partying?  Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Nirvana Sports Bar, The Goat or The Forge on Eat Street. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila, and lots of fun. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till late.
