Villa Lisa is a family-friendly 3-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental in a sensational & very central  Seminyak location. This villa, featuring a modern design with a mix of real Balinese elements, provides a relaxed level of tropical living.

Guests will enjoy the peace and quiet just off Jalan Drupadi, but within a few minutes stroll, be at Seminyak’s finest restaurants, cafes and shops on Jalan Oberoi – ‘Eat Street’. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away, as is the iconic Ku De Ta Beach Club (1 km away), Potato Head and the popular Italian restaurant on Petitenget Beach, La Lucciola.

3 Bedrooms with air-con

The upstairs bedrooms provide wonderful views of the pool, manicured gardens, and the surrounding area of Seminyak. The rooms are elegant with charcoal greys and lovely whitewashed timbers, and the polished cement combined with lovely ceramic floor tiles gives a cooling beachside feel. The rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, while the ensuite bathrooms, located behind the beds, have twin vanities, monsoon showers and plenty of wardrobe space.

The third bedroom, with views of the pool and garden, is located in a separate round bungalow near the villa’s entrance. The room has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and all the modern appliances, including air-conditioning.

Living Area

A grand open space looking across the garden and pool houses the living area with a huge sofa facing the flat screen. A generous dining table that seats 10 is serviced by a great kitchen featuring a long breakfast bar with trendy stools. The staircase leads upstairs, opening onto a decking area with a four-poster day bed, perfect to unwind and relax with your partner or friends.

Outdoor & Pool Area

The free-form swimming pool is surrounded by ocean palms reaching up to the sky, and an ironwood pool deck houses double-sized reclining sun lounges. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and soak up the tropical rays while your favourite tunes are playing.

Service & Staff

Villa  Lisa is maintained and served by a highly trained team of Balinese staff. There is daily housekeeping, a manager, and pool and garden attendants. A masseuse and babysitter can be arranged if the kids need looking after at any time while the adults go shopping. A chef can be arranged if you want to entertain or throw a dinner party  (ask the villa manager).

Around Villa Lisa, Seminyak (near Double Six Beach, Eat Street & KU DE TA)

The location of Villa Lisa is unbeatable. Jalan Oberoi, the renowned ‘Eat Street’, with its trendy boutiques, chic day spas, fabulous cafés and restaurants, is just a quick stroll from the villa. The popular La Plancha (a famous place to watch the sunset) at Double Six Beach is a very short taxi ride away.

Travelling with children?  Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta, where there are huge waterslides or Finns Splash Park (water slides, ten-pin bowling and a massive in-door trampoline centre), which are both short Blue Bird taxi rides away. Follow this up with burgers at Grill’d, BossMan or Johnny Rockets. For dessert, nothing beats the gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan or the treats at Candylicious.

Cafes & restaurants. For those who love their coffee, there are some great cafes nearby where you can also grab a bite to eat with the kids. Head to the famous Revolver Cafe, Cornerhouse, Shelter, Sisterfields or Starbucks along Jalan Kayu Aya.

Day Spas. For the ladies who feel like pampering, there are some upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. Go to Prana, Therapy, and The Shampoo Lounge for the ultimate treatments.

Shopping. Afterwards, spend the afternoon shopping along Jalan Legian, where you can always grab a bargain at any one of the souvenir shops. For a wider range of shopping options, go to Kartika Plaza in Kuta, where you’ll find Lippo Mall, Discovery Shopping Mall and Bali Mall Galleria.

Beach Clubs. For a treat, make sure you go to KU DE TA or Potato Head for sunset cocktails and dinner. Even better, go to Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig or Finns in Berawa, hire your own cabana, and enjoy the fabulous music, views and ambience.

Want to party? Start the night at The Champagne Bar or The Forge on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila, and lots of fun times. Afterwards, head to La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can party till dawn.
