And the good news is that it’s only 100 metres from the popular Echo Beach which has beach cafes, amazing surf, perfect for sun-baking and swimming – what a fabulous find.

The lofty air-conditioned living room takes up the entire first floor of the building and it features full-length glass doors that open up to a breezy balcony with garden views. There are large comfortable sofas to relax on, both indoors and outdoors. There is a little playing nook for the kids and a stylish formal dining area. Feel like spending the night indoors, watching a movie? You will love the pull-down projector screen turning the living room into a home cinema in seconds.

Expansive tropical garden

The garden is super-tropical with travellers’ palms, frangipani trees and a big lawn for kids to run around on. The lawn is also perfect to throw a fabulous garden BBQ party. The pool is 12-meter long, perfect for lap swimming and on the poolside timber deck, there are luxurious double day beds for those wanting to work on their tan or read a book in the shade of a parasol. On the covered terrace, there is another comfy spot to relax with drinks or a good book to read.

Villa Nedine houses 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The master suite sits on the second floor, adjoined to a private balcony. The views of the surroundings are stunning and you can even catch a glimpse of the ocean. The room is furnished with a quality double bed tucked in fresh linen and the room also boasts an in-room bathtub and a cabin with a luxurious monsoon rain shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, opening up to the sprawling garden and the pool. All 3 rooms are furnished with queen-size double beds and each has a private en-suite bathroom.

If you love the beach, a good surf, fabulous cafes, excellent restaurants and luxury spas – you came to the right place! Canggu has everything: beach clubs, shopping boutiques, yoga studios, nightlife, markets, water parks – it is impossible to get bored! Echo Beach is the most famous surf spot and the sunsets are gorgeous as well! Explore the happening Batu Bolong Street and check out what’s going on in Berawa or even in Seminyak (15 minutes on a scooter).

Cafes & restaurants. If you love your coffee you are in luck as there are loads of amazing cafes nearby where you can also grab a bit to eat. Make sure you check out: Watercress,  Milk and Madu ( this has a kiddies playground area ), Botanik, the stylish Folie, Pels Supershop, Milu by Nook and visit the Tamora Gallery in Berawa where there are even more cafes and restaurants. There are also lots of beach clubs in the area where you can watch amazing sunsets with a few cocktails. Make sure you go to La Brisa, Cafe Del Mar, La Laguna, the super-popular Old Man’s and of course very stylish The Lawn.

Day Spas. For the ladies, head to Rob Peetoom, Sundari Day Spa, Think Pink Nails in Petitenget or Spring day spa where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. Follow this up with an afternoon shopping in the chic Oberoi area of Seminyak where there are art galleries, homewares and boutique shops. You can also shop in the popular Jalan Batu Bolong area which has lots of shops, cafes and  & a lovely local souvenir market called Love Anchor.

Travelling with kids? You can take them to the Finns Recreation Club which has waterslides, ten pin bowling and a massive indoor trampoline centre called Bounce. They’ll also like a surf lesson at Echo Beach where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. Afterwards treat them to  burgers at Bang Bang or Pit Stop and for dessert, there’s gelato at Al Bacio or Gaya.
