Noku Beach House is a 6-bedroom Seminyak villa holiday rental & takes up prime Seminyak position, with its absolute beachfront location on Seminyak Beach between Double Six Beach and the iconic Ku De Ta Beach Club. It doesn’t get much better than this!

The villa boasts a 25-metre lap pool that stretches out to the beach, with adjacent poolside relaxation/dining gazebos, sunset terraces and even a tennis court. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with a team of friendly staff and immediate walking access to all of Seminyak’s favourite tourist areas.

The outdoor setting is nothing short of stunning, direct ocean views where you can walk straight onto the sand and swim in the ocean. So Amazing!

So much to say about Noku. We stayed for 4 nights and celebrated my 50th Birthday with friends. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fabulous, friendly and accommodating in every single way. The party was awesome, and the staff was professional and extremely welcoming. The food was the most delicious food we have ever experienced. We were unfortunate to leave, as the staff soon became friends. Hoping to return one day. I can't recommend it highly enough.

It doesn’t get better than this.

Noku was flawless! We spent three nights with friends and family for our wedding. The house is beautiful; the individual rooms are huge, and the perfect decor. All rooms felt like the master and were impeccably clean. The staff were attentive, entertained the kids and ensured every wish was catered for. In-house catering was as good as the top few restaurants in Bali. The pools and surrounds were maintained to the nth degree, and the villa felt like a private hotel. Rebecca (the villa guest relations manager) made our stay with her friendly disposition, and upon check out, it felt as if we were leaving our friends behind. We couldn’t fault Noku, and we hope to be back soon!

A gorgeous holiday villa is in the best beach setting. it's got the wow factor, and if you want to be completely spoiled on your next Bali vacation, definitely stay at Noku Beach House.

An experience like no other!

Wow! Paradise! Magical! These are just a few words to describe our experience at Noku Beach House (NBH). I had the opportunity to celebrate my 40th birthday with my partner and 5 of my closest friends. The moment we saw the NBH on the Netflix series “Worlds’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals”, we knew it was a must, and we are glad we did! Our experiences were nothing short of amazing. From the moment we landed, we were greeted by airport staff who fast-tracked us through the customs and immigration process. Then we were handed off to our amazing driver for the week, Agus. He was polite, friendly and professional in every interaction. Once we arrived at the house, we were greeted by the lovely staff and Rebecca, the house manager. Rebecca helped me plan our week before our arrival and was present every day to ensure everything went as planned with no complications, and it did. I really cannot say enough about this place. The staff was so wonderful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Oh, and the food! The chef is truly brilliant. Every meal was carefully curated and absolutely delicious. I will end this by saying we’ve already begun planning our next visit to the NBH. Thanks to Rebecca and the rest of the team, we will return soon.

Divine is all I can say - a wonderful week where we were spolit by the attentive staff and we slept like babies in the comfy beds. On top of this theres the incredible beach location. 110% recommended.

Noku Beach House is 6km from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

In most cases, check-in time for Noku Beach House is 3 pm, and check-out time is noon. However, we will try our hardest to accommodate every guest’s different schedules and appreciate that aeroplane departure times from Bali can be late at night. Generally, a late checkout fee of 50% of the day rate will apply if the Villa is not pre-booked for another guest on your departure day, and you can stay at the Villa till 6 pm. You can also store your luggage at the Villa for the afternoon and return to meet your driver at a specified time, who will take you to Bali airport.

Noku Beach House has fast and reliable 4G wifi, and guests will be given password access when they check in. Plus, the wifi is free for the guests to use.
