Located close to the centre of the popular tourist hub of Berawa, the 4-bedroom Villa Noya is in a private, secure complex. The villa is also close to many Canggu tourist attractions like Milk and Madu Restaurant, Atlas Beach Fest, Finns Beach Club and Berawa Beach, which makes this the perfect holiday villa rental for families and friends wanting seclusion and privacy yet close to all the excitement and action that Canggu is now famous for.

Living, dining, and kitchen

The villa has 3 upstairs bedrooms, with one downstairs, each with private and modern ensuite bathrooms. There’s an 8-seater dining table perfect for entertaining or dinner parties with friends and family. And with a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook great meals or snacks for the kids (there’s a supermarket nearby where you can stock up on all your groceries and villa supplies). For some family movie nights, there’s a wall-mounted TV so you don’t miss out on any of your favourite Netflix or sports. You can chill out on the sofa and watch TV as you keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool. The whole villa is designed with space in mind, and with an open-air tropical Bali vibe, you’ll want to spend all your time by the pool or just hanging in the villa with a few cold Bintangs.

 4 modern bedrooms

Upstairs are three spacious and fully air-conditioned bedrooms, with the main bedroom overlooking the pool and garden areas. All bedrooms feature king-size beds, large flat-screen TVs, ample cupboards, hanging space, and generous-sized ensuite bathrooms with tropical rain showers, while the main bathroom also features a standalone bath for just that touch of luxury. Downstairs is the 4th bedroom with an en suite bathroom where you can access the pool and garden area via sliding glass doors. You’ll love returning to your room each night and sinking into the comfy bed after a day exploring fun Canggu.

Pool and Gardens

A double sun lounger plus two separate sun beds overlook the pool, with Balinese ceremonial sun umbrellas offering plenty of shade or a place to curl up with a great book. There are also 2 more sun beds in the pool’s shallow end, which are great for topping up your tan while sipping on a few cocktails. There is an easy entry into the pool at each end with stairs, perfect for seniors who want to take a dip or go for an early morning swim.

Staff

Guests will be greeted at check-in by our Villa Manager, who will show you around the villa and be able to help with anything you might need, such as dinner reservations, car hire, arranging a driver to take you on tours, activities for the kids and any extra in-villa services such as massages or delivery of food. A housekeeper will also clean all bedrooms and bathrooms, change the line, and ensure the whole place is spotless. They’ll even replace wet towels left by the kids by the pool. Beds are made daily with fresh sheets, clothes are folded, and there are gardeners and pool cleaners to attend to the external areas.

Villa Noya is about 50 metres down a private driveway, meaning you have lots of privacy. But a moment’s away, you’re in the heart of all the action and vibrancy Berawa is now famous for.

Travelling with kids? Take them to The Finns Recreation Club, a 5-minute scooter trip, ideal for kids of all ages, with water slides, trampolines, 10-pin bowling, a football pitch, a gym, tennis courts, and a spa. The adults will love it here as well. Also, take them to Bearwa Beach for an early morning surf lesson or horse riding at the Bali Equestrian Centre. For dinner, treat them to burgers at BB52 or pizza at Milk and Madu, and for dessert, head to Jl Batu Mejan for gelato at Al Baccio or Gaya Gelato at Echo Beach.

Day Spas. Ladies will love the location of Villa Noya as they can sneak out for a couple of hours and get pampered at some luxe day spas nearby. Get your hair and nails done and get a fabulous Balinese massage at Spring Day Spa, Flow or JAMU on Jalan Pantai Berawa – which are all easy to get to.

Cafes and restaurants. If you don’t want to spend time cooking in the villa, Berawa is home to some of the most hip and happening cafes and restaurants in Bali. You can either grab a quick morning coffee on the go, take the group for fine dining, or go with the kids for a casual meal. Our favourites are Bokashi, Nourish, Golden Monkey, Margaret, NUDE, Mowies, One Eyed Jacks, the popular Copenhagen and Riviera Wine Bar to name a few.

Beach Clubs. Berawa and Canggu are dotted with world-famous beach clubs where you can watch incredible sunsets while sipping a chardonnay or cocktail. Make sure you visit the new mega Atlas Beach Fest, the iconic Finns, or at the end of Batu Bolong, where there’s Old Man’s or the uber-cool The Lawn or The Times.
