Massive mature trees, tropical plants, palms and flowers of all descriptions fill the gardens with expansive manicured lawns that can cater for weddings and private functions of up to 80 guests. The lap pool stretches far into the garden with its calming waterfall feature at the far end. There is an antique garden joglo and an alfresco dining area on the terrace for sumptuous BBQ meals.
Living Areas
Every modern amenity perfectly complements the rich interior furnishings for a tropical living experience. The main two-storey pavilion houses the more formal dining and living spaces, while upstairs, a more relaxed space has a large sofa, billiards table and views over the huge gardens. The formal dining table seats 8 guests and is decorated with verdant antiques and ornaments. There is a separate air-conditioned media room with an extensive library, TV and plenty of sofa space.

The villa is almost right on Berawa Beach, so you can walk around 5-10 minutes to the new mega beach club, Cafe Del Mar. The Finns Recreation Club offers great fun for the kids, including a water fun park, trampolining centre, ten-pin bowling and much more.
Cafes & restaurants. If you love your coffee, there are loads of great cafes and restaurants in the Berawa area near the villa, where you can also grab a bite to eat with the kids. Make sure you go to Milk & Madu ( they have a play area for the kids ), Peleton Supershop, Watercress, Tamora Gallery ( for a selection of cafes), Matcha & the popular Milu by Nook.
Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club, where there are waterslides, ten-pin bowling and a massive indoor trampoline centre. They might also like a surf lesson on Berawa Beach, where you can hire boards & instructors by the hour. For a fun day out, take them to the famous Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud for the day or sunset photos at the holy Hindu Tanah Lot Temple on the water. For dinner, they’ll love the Indonesian food at Warung Mades or the ribs and burgers at Wild Hog. For dessert, there’s yummy ice cream at Kynd Community or gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan.
If you want to stock up on villa supplies, there are two huge supermarkets nearby ( Popular & Canggu Station) that have everything you could want, including alcohol & snacks for the kids.

We wanted a big villa for our family of 6 and decided to stay at Villa Avalon for 8 days during the school holidays. The villa was perfect with large bedrooms, beautiful pool area and wonderful staff that were always there to cook the most delicious snacks and meals.
It was meticulously maintained and always spotless. We really felt as though we were living in our own tropical oasis, with gorgeous surroundings and large open plan living spaces. We also like the fact that we could easily get to the beach for some surfing and Seminyak was close by (the villa staff Ina and Putu organised taxis whenever we needed them).
This is an ideal holiday villa and we thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting tropical living that is also very affordable.

I remember seeing a frangipani flower fall into the pool one morning and this was immediately cleaned up, that's how meticulously maintained Villa Avalon is. It's well positioned in a really quiet lane behind restaurant Laguna which is in a top position, basically you do not hear any noise what so ever.
If you want to get into Seminyak it is only 10 minutes away at the most by taxi, which the staff will gladly organise for you. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk away and the Finns Recreation Club is literally around the corner. This is really a dream villa and I would recommend staying here.

This was a slice of heaven and worth every cent for our family holiday. We stayed here for 10 nights over the New Years/Christmas period and we all felt as though we never wanted to leave the villa area.
The large bedrooms were all gorgeous and overlooked the lovely well manicured gardens and the pool was simply stunning. It was the perfect place to swim, relax and read during the day and just absorb this wonderful atmosphere.
The villa staff and the chef were amazing and cooked delicious snacks for us during the day as well as those sensational breakfasts. When we ever come back to Bali we are going to stay here again. Thanks to Ade and Bali Villa Escapes for organising this and dealing with all of my emails.

I absolutely love this villa! We stayed here for 7 nights in early July and this is now my favourite Canggu villa - We come to Bali all the time with the kids and will from now on be staying here.
The location is what really makes Avalon so special - its right near the beach!! Great for early morning swims and taking the kids for meals. A perfect place.

The Villa’s are truly magical you get transported by the location and staff to a place of luxury. The villa’s are so well appointed, tranquil and relaxing. There is nothing that is to much trouble for the staff... they go out if there way - on their own bikes to help you. The comments book is glowing, the prices are very reasonable, the beech is a stroll away - what more could you want. They cook and serve any meals you wish - if you wish to go out in the evening I suggest a taxi but they are cheap... just brilliant.

Our food was cooked and served in house and never disappointed. The pool and garden space is stunning and provided a great space o hang with the kids who lived in the pool for most of our stay. We had a yoga teacher come to the villa - all effortlessly arranged but the staff - and had no trouble getting taxis and transport organised whenever we needed. Absolutely perfect place for a big relaxation group holiday.
