Tucked away in a peaceful and secure pocket of Seminyak, Villa Santhira is a stylish three-bedroom private villa just moments from the famous Eat Street dining and shopping precinct. Designed for relaxed tropical living, the villa combines modern comforts with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it a fantastic choice for families or small groups wanting to enjoy the best of Bali.
The villa features bright open spaces, a private swimming pool, comfortable ensuite bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a home-away-from-home feel in one of Seminyak’s most sought-after locations.
Access to the villa is via a small laneway best suited to motorbikes, with private parking available for a couple of scooters.
Living & Dining Areas
The enclosed living and dining space is designed to feel light, airy, and comfortable throughout the day. Large glass doors allow natural sunlight to pour into the villa while offering lovely views across the pool area. Guests can choose to keep the doors open for a tropical breeze or close them for air-conditioned comfort.
Finished with timber parquet flooring, the living area includes a plush sofa, LED TV, and ample room to unwind after a day exploring Seminyak.
Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area seating up to six guests, alongside a modern kitchen fitted with everything needed for easy holiday dining. Appliances include an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, water dispenser, and three-burner stovetop. A laundry area and additional storage space are also located upstairs for added convenience.

Villa Santhira offers three generously sized bedrooms, each complete with its own ensuite bathroom. High ceilings throughout the villa create a cool and spacious feel, while thoughtful furnishings ensure guests have everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Every bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, work desk, air conditioning, and bathroom amenities.
The master suite is located on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool, perfect for an early morning dip. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs and each features a private balcony overlooking the surrounding neighbourhood.
Pool & Outdoor Area
The villa’s private swimming pool is ideal for cooling off in Bali’s tropical climate. The outdoor space has been thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort while maintaining a clean contemporary style.
Guests can relax on the sun loungers beside the pool, enjoy the outdoor seating area, or rinse off under the outdoor shower after a swim.
