Villa Sol y Mar boasts five stunning bedrooms, each a sanctuary of comfort and luxury . King-sized beds, TVs, and working space ensure your every need is met. Two bedrooms offer  private balconies  with breathtaking ocean views, while the other two provide a daybed and a   garden view for private sunbathing. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a safety deposit box. The main bathroom even has a  bathtub for a relaxing soak after a surf. Pool & Garden area

The pool and garden area are a dream come true. Let’s begin with the infinity 13-metre swimming pool, which has the ocean as its backdrop. And there’s the garden area, where you can pull up a day bed and sunbake, read a book, and enjoy the tranquillity that only an oceanfront space can bring. There’s ample space for everyone to relax, unwind, and enjoy those balmy Bali afternoon breezes. And the beauty of Villa Sol y Mar is that the kids will never be bored. From playing in the pool and running around the garden, and if it’s cloudy or rainy, there’s the media room to keep them busy with movies and great Wifi for their social media.

Living areas

Guests can enjoy delicious meals the chef prepares at the eight– seater dining table. For those who prefer to cook, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with the most up-to-date amenities and appliances. But in a villa like this, you would probably want the chef to cook a few meals for you, perhaps even for a BBQ night. A  media room  with a large TV for family Netflix movie nights and comfy couches are in the main pavilion, and if you want to catch up on some work emails, there’s a separate study area.

Villa Staff

When you stay at Villa Sol y Mar, it’s all about you and your downtime. So, don’t expect to have to do anything, as there’s villa staff on hand to make sure your stay is blissful. Daily housekeeping will come and clean all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, and all bed linen, wet towels, and toiletries will be replaced. You also get a private chef and villa manager to oversee everything, including the butler, attendants, and security – all the staff are very discreet, and you’ll hardly notice them. The  chef  is all too happy to cook your meals, from delicious breakfasts to sumptuous dinners, and can even arrange a dinner party for a special occasion.

Around Villa Sol y Mar in Uluwatu

You can walk down a private path to Nunggalan Beach, which is excellent for sunbaking, playing with the kids, or perhaps a chilled surf session away from the crowds (it’s a bit of a steep hike to get to the beach but well worth it). Uluwatu Central  is only 15 minutes from the villa if you like shopping, hitting some popular day spas, or trying out some hip cafes. Although you are in a quiet and secluded area, the villa is in a great area to explore the sights of Uluwatu and beyond to other popular tourist hot spots like Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. If you can manage to leave the villa for a day excursion (which we doubt you’ll want), there are some fun activities below:

Travelling with kids? Take them to Jimbaran Bay for a seafood feast on the beach or perhaps a surf lesson at Padang Padang, where they can hire boards and instructors. For a fun day with the family, check out the waterslides at Waterbom Bali in Kuta or perhaps an afternoon wandering around Uluwatu Temple.

Beach Clubs. Uluwatu and the Bukit area are now peppered by some of the best beach clubs in Bali. For some fun and a bit of partying, make sure you go to the Rock Bar, El Kabron, Savaya or the popular Sundays Beach Club.

Want to Shop? Uluwatus’s main thoroughfare has many places to shop, where you can buy anything from homewares to clothes, surf gear, and souvenirs. The whole area is a fashionista’s dream, so there’s no shortage of shopping options near the villa.

Cafes and Restaurants. You’ll probably want to head out a few times for lunch and dinner and try some of the culinary delights in the Uluwatu area—there are so many cafes and restaurants where you can grab a coffee and treats or take the kids for a meal. Try Mason, Milk and Madu, Alchemy Drifter or The Cashew Tree in Bingin, the popular Ours Bali and the always-packed Suka Espresso.
