The 1 bedrooms within The Chands One are fully air-conditioned with private en suite bathrooms and are great for relaxing and getting a great night’s sleep as you listen to the sound of the waves. From the comfort of your king-sized bed, you can take in the views of the infinity swimming pool and watch the sunset over the horizon. The rooms are modern with traditional Balinese elements. Plus, there’s a small couch and TV in the rooms to catch up on the latest news.

Each bedroom has modern en-suite bathrooms fitted with tropical rain showers and a large bathtub for relaxing after a day on the beach or sightseeing around Seminyak. 

Swimming pool

The Chands One features a private terrace lined with wooden decking, which is great for sunbaking. In addition, there’s a  private infinity swimming pool overlooking the ocean and a poolside gazebo where you can relax with a book and catch up on some holiday reading or lazy days in the warm tropical Bali sun. The pool is super family-friendly, with a shallow step area for the kids to play safely. The terrace area is perfect for watching the gorgeous Balinese sunset over Batu Belig Beach with a few cocktails or Bintangs before heading out for a night in Seminyak.

Living areas

The enclosed living areas at The Chands One boast high ceilings with a bright and airy feel, allowing the cool ocean breeze to enter the villa. In addition, there’s a fully equipped kitchen if you’d like to prepare a few meals or snacks for the kids as they play in the pool. There is also a room service menu (Western & Indonesian) that you can order, which makes life very easy. Finally, the group can gather around the 4 seat dining table to enjoy meals and enjoy the pool views and ocean glimpses. For chilling out, there’s a comfortable couch and TV set up for everyone to watch their favourite Netflix. The living areas offer a warm tropical ambience where you’ll immediately feel at home.

Just steps from the villa is  Batu Belig Beach, which is filled with local restaurants, beach bars, and the famous Cafe Del Mar beach club.

Cafes & restaurants. If you love your coffee and a bite to eat, there are some great places to take the family for a meal. Head to Sisterfields opposite Seminyak Village (family-friendly), Cornerhouse, Batik, the super-popular Revolver (in Seminyak & Canggu), Watercress and Monsieur Spoon. In Berawa, Milk and Madu, Butterman and Milu by Nook are nearby.

Fancy Partying?  Start the night off at 707 Beach Bern on Batu Belig Beach, where you can watch the sunset over a few cold cocktails or perhaps the Champagne Bar or The Forge on Eat Street. Then, continue the party at Motel Mexicola, where there are tacos, tequila shots and fun times. Finally, head to La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Day Spas.  Ladies, some of the best day spas in Seminyak are nearby, where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the most amazing treatments, head to Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget, Think Pink Nails in Batu Belig or JAMU in Berawa.

Shopping.  Seminyak is the shopping heart of Bali. First, go to Jalan Kayu Aya (Eat Street), where you can buy homewares, jewellery, clothes and souvenirs. Then, head to the Beachwalk shopping centre in Kuta or the Legian area for more shopping options. Nearby, Canggu has some great shops in the Jalan Batu Bolong area.

Beach Clubs.  If you want to watch fabulous Balinese sunsets, listen to great music and enjoy fine dining and a few sundowners, then head to some of Seminyak’s most famous beach clubs nearby. Make sure you visit KU DE TA, Potato Head, Cafe Del Mar and the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa.

Travelling with kids?  Take them to the Finns Recreation Club with waterslides, ten-pin bowling and an indoor trampoline centre. They’ll also like a surf lesson on Old Man’s beach. You can also hire a car for the day or get a driver to take the family to the Monkey Forest in Ubud, Tanah Lot or Uluwatu Temple for sunset photos or Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the massive waterslides. For dinner, there’s Indonesian at Warung Mades, delish burgers at BB52 or ribs at Wild Hog.
