Outdoor & Pool Area

The huge azure pool is waiting for you as walk out of the main two-storey pavilion. At one side of the pool is a bale that runs the full length of the pool with built-in daybeds and couches; soft pastel blue cushions are offset by white columns and furnishings. Designer sun lounges are ready at one end of the pool that is so inviting it will be too hard to resist. There is a pool fence that can be erected if you have young children with you, and a BBQ is on hand for the staff to cook up a feast at any time of the day.

Living Areas

An open-sided living area oozes class and sophistication; no money has been spared on the finest of furnishings throughout the array of living areas. Elegant sofas, coffee tables and fine china ornaments all gather, while a large dining table will be the scene of many memorable dinners together. Enjoy a glass of fine champagne or single malt scotch at the bar while taking in the poolside setting. A separate air-conditioned dining room is perfect for a formal affair and can seat up to 12 guests. Upstairs, there is a large media room where guests can enjoy a movie, maybe a spot of quiet reading or a little bit of work on the laptop.

Villa Windu Asri can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests with bedrooms that offer twin and king-size configurations. These impressive suites have an antique flair with carefully chosen four-poster beds, desks, bedside lamps, prints, matching cushions, bed scarves, floor rugs and curtains, all marriage to create a refined place of rest. The main two-storey pavilion houses king-size suites, and the poolside guest house provides two more rooms with twin beds. The en-suites are in sync with the classical antique charm, and large soaking tubs, rain showers, and twin vanities are a mix of indoor and outdoor bathing experiences. The rooms also feature a huge flat-screen TV with cable channels, a DVD player, a safety deposit box and air-conditioning.

Staff & Services

With around a dozen highly trained staff, your every wish will be granted by the attentive staff. Consisting of butlers, maids, dedicated chefs and the villa manager, you will not have to lift a finger on this holiday. If you need any help in making bookings for a day trip or a dinner reservation, they will be there to assist.

Around Villa Windu Asri, Seminyak (near Eat Street & KU DE TA)

The Petitenget area stretches from the famed Ku De Ta Beach Club and up to The W Resort area. Some of Seminyak’s best restaurants and top cafes are found here, including La Lucciola (fabulous Italian on the beach), Bikini, Sisterfields, Biku, Pison, Motel Mexicola, Saigon Street, Kynd Community (best vegan in Seminyak) & Kim Soo. From here, you can also access the Batu Belig area easily, where you will find more great cafes, restaurants, day spas, yoga studios and  Cafe Del Mar Beach Club.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of day spas near the villa where you can grab a wonderful Balinese massage and get your hair and nails done. For the best treatments, head to Think Pink Nails, Rob Peetoom & Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget and The Blow Bar or The Shampoo Lounge.

Shopping. Follow this up with a day shopping in the chic Oberoi area, where you can browse art galleries, homewares & jewellery stores. There’s also the huge Seminyak Flea Market next to KU DE TA, where you can buy all your souvenirs. For more shopping options, hop into a Blue Bird taxi and head into Legian, where you can bargain with locals, or the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta, where there’s the Discovery Shopping & Lippo Mall.

Travelling with kids? Ask the villa manager to arrange transport to the Waterbom Bali (Asia’s premier water theme park) or head to the Finns Recreation Club, which is a great day out for the family with waterslides, ten-pin bowling & an indoor trampoline centre. Culturally, arrange a day tour to the popular Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud or the holy Hindu Tanah Lot Temple on the water for sunset photos. For dinner, there are burgers at BossMan or Johnny Rockets near Seminyak Village & for dessert, head to Krakakoa for the best handmade chocolate or Gusto for amazing gelato in Kerobokan.

Want to party? Start the night off at The Champagne Bar or The Forge on Eat Street for pre-dinner drinks. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila and lots of fun. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can party till late.

Sightseeing? Make sure you go to Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple for the day. There’s Tanah Lot or Uluwatu Temple for sunset photos or Kuta for a day’s shopping. You can also quickly get to the popular Canggu area from the villa, which has beach clubs, bars, and more shopping.
