Both Villa Ascarya and Villa Ayuddha have comfortable air-conditioned living spaces with inspirational garden views. The design is natural and simple, with beautiful wooden furnishings and details. The living spaces are equipped with AC, making them comfortable hang-out spots to escape the tropical heat outside, and yet they are easily configured into airy open-plan living spaces by opening the full-length glass sliding doors to the garden and pool area. Villa Ascarya and Villa Ayuddha have 3 bedrooms located on the first floor. The master bedrooms are fitted with king-size double beds, and the rooms are adjoined to balconies with beautiful views. The other two bedrooms at the villas have queen-size double beds. All the rooms have black-out curtains, AC, wardrobe closets with safety boxes and private en-suite bathrooms with rain showers. Vanities and toilets. The master bedrooms have large soaking bathtubs.

Each villa is fully staffed with an English-speaking villa manager, butlers and security guards. A private chef is also available at additional charges. A baby cot and high chair are available for families travelling with babies and toddlers.
