Step through the antique timber doors of Villa Avalon and enter a tropical-styled Garden of Eden. The garden is filled with tropical plants from scented frangipanis, swaying coconut palms, bonsai plants, and tropical flowers, all surrounding the crystal-clear waters of your private pool. As you lie on your sun lounge under the warm Bali sun, you will drift into a state of pure relaxation.

Living Areas

The living area is open-air, housed under the roof of a traditional Joglo building featuring intricate wood carving; it fits perfectly with the elegance of the garden setting. A classic chandelier illuminates the space, while a stylish wicker lounge setting Is the perfect place to enjoy drinks with friends as you take in the gorgeous garden setting. To the rear is a fully equipped kitchen if you feel like making snacks for the kids.

The en-suite bedrooms have a sense of comfortable sophistication, smartly polished floors, stylish floor rugs and floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to your private verandah. The master features a king-sized four-poster bed, flat-screen TV, DVD and a walk-in robe. Adjacent, the guest bedroom is equally spacious and decorated in similar stylish décor, a premium queen size bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and built-in robes are standard. The en-suite has a monsoon shower and a stylish stone vanity.

Staff & Services

Guests will enjoy being waited on by the team of butlers, chefs, maids and security guards that service the Avalon Villas private complex. The staff will happily arrange transportation, babysitters, day tours, and other special requests.

Around Villa Avalon, Canggu

The villa is close to Berawa & Batu Belig Beach, the newly opened Atlas Beach Fest, and loads of fabulous cafes.

You can easily walk along the sand to Batu Belig Beach and then to the Woo Bar at W Resort, Potato Head and Ku De Ta at Seminyak Beach. Central Seminyak is no more than 10 minutes by taxi, and the family-friendly Finns Recreation Club (where there are water slides, ten-pin bowling & an indoor trampoline centre) is also nearby.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of fantastic day spas nearby where you can get your hair & nails done, plus a massage. Try Jamu on Pantai Berawa, Think Pink Nails in Batu Belig, Sundari and Spring Day Spa.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta (Asia’s premier water theme park) for a fun day on the waterslides. There are burgers at BB52 or PitStop and pizza at Da Romeo for dinner.

Shopping. Follow this up with an afternoon browsing the art galleries, jewellery and homewares shops in the chic Oberoi area. For more shopping options, hop into a Blue Bird Taxi and head to Legian, where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs or the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta.

Cafes & restaurants. There are also many cafes and restaurants close to the villa where you can eat. In Berawa, try Two Trees,  Bottega,  Milk & Madu or Milu By Nook and in Batu Belig, there is pizza at Strawberry Fields, ribs and burgers at Wild Hog & the popular Watercress for a great family meal. A short stroll will bring you to the sand, rolling waves and the very popular Cafe Del Mar, where you can enjoy exceptional cuisine, drinks and a great beach club chilled-out atmosphere.
