Polished timber floorboards go hand in hand with a selection of beautifully handcrafted timber furnishings, day bed-styled couches and robust and intricate timber carvings seen in the construction of every individual pavilion. Huge colourful floor rugs grace the polished floorboards throughout, with a series of cooling ceiling fans and even a private massage spa room to be used at your leisure.

All 2 bedrooms are like main bedrooms with huge king-sized beds, vibrant bed throws and decorative cushions and huge walk-in private en-suites with a series of spacious rain showers and free-standing baths. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with flat-screen TVs tucked away in antique TV cabinets, and private sitting areas are positioned in different parts of each room.

Beach Clubs. The villa is surrounded by some of Canggu’s most popular beach clubs, where you can sip cocktails and sink a few cold Bintangs while watching the sunset. Make sure you visit The Lawn or TheTimes at the end of Jl Batu Bolong, Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa, the super-popular Finns, La Brisa at Echo Beach and KU DE TA or Potato Head in Seminyak.

Travelling with children? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club will keep them occupied for hours, with indoor trampolines, tennis courts, water slides and even ten-pin bowling. They might also like a surf lesson at Old Man’s Beach, which is great for beginners. You can hire boards and instructors here by the hour. Culturally, you can take them to Ubud’s popular Monkey Forest Temple for a fun day out, Uluwatu Temple (for the famous Kecak Dance) or watch the sunset at Tanah Lot Temple. For dinner, try Warung Mades for an authentic Indonesian meal, One-Eyed Jacks for great Japanese, ribs at Wild Hog or BB52 for burgers.  For dessert, there’s delish gelato at  Gelato Secrets or Giuseppe Gelato.

Cafes & restaurants. If you love your coffee, you are in luck, as there are some great cafes nearby where you can also take the kids for a bite.   Our favourites include Milk & Madu (with a children’s playground area), Hungry Bird,  Gabbi, Ulekan,  Pels Supershop, Milu by Nook, Mowie, NUDE & Bottega for amazing pasta.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done, plus have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. Some of the best day spas nearby are Think Pink Nails in Batu Belig, Rob Peetoom, Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget and JAMU or  The Flow on Jalan Pantai Berawa. Go to Spring Day Spa, Goldust Beauty Lounge or Therapy Day Spa at Echo Beach in Canggu Central.

Shopping. Berawa and Canggu are shopping paradises where you can buy homewares, souvenirs, jewellery and souvenirs. Make sure you go to Jl Pantai Berawa and the popular Jalan Batu Bolong areas. For more shopping options, you can go to Seminyak Square (2.2 km away) or hop into a Blue Bird taxi and head into Kuta’s Kartika Plaza area, where you’ll find the Lippo & Discovery Shopping and the huge Bali  Galleria Mall.
