Pool & outdoor areas
Walking into the Villa Ginger, a lovely white building with a ginger-coloured roof beckons to the guests. Right in front of this building is a truly spectacular bean-shaped pool. On one side of the pool is a lovely wooden deck with comfortable pool chairs sitting on the deck. So you can stretch out on the chairs and soak up the sun.
Built to give the best outdoor experience to its guests, Villa Ginger has beautiful gardens and a lovely poolside bale with a daybed. You can take an afternoon nap here or simply relax while you and your friends or family experience holiday villa living.
For an outdoor dining experience, a cozy rattan dining set is placed right at the edge of the pool. Enjoy your meals here and relax in the beauty that surrounds you.

Villa Ginger has lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated dining and living areas. Both overlook the pool, you can have an unobstructed view of the pool and gardens as you watch some TV or enjoy a family dinner or a few drinks with your friends. This villa has three luxurious ensuite bedrooms for maximum privacy.

Around Villa Ginger in Seminyak (near Bintang supermarket & Double Six Beach)
In terms of location, you’re really close to Double Six beach, which is great for watching those amazing Balinese sunsets. Come here at about 4 pm, grab a bean bag on the beach and enjoy a cold Bintang or cocktail.
Shopping. If you like to shop, then you are in luck as Seminyak has loads of places where you can buy gifts, jewellery, homewares, souvenirs & clothes (head to Seminyak Square and go from there). Legian and Kuta are nearby with lots more shopping options at Bali Mall Galleria, Lippo & Discovery Mall where you can also buy souvenirs.
Restaurants & cafes. If you can’t live without your coffee fix then there are some great cafes nearby where you can also grab a bite to eat with the kids. Make sure you try the super-popular Revolver, Cornerhouse, Shelter, Sisterfields & the popular Monsieur Spoon and BAKED (croissants & pastries).
Travelling with kids? They’ll like a surf lesson at Double Six beach where you can hire surfboards and instructors. For dinner, there are ribs at Naughty Nuris, burgers at Grill’d, BossMan or Johnny Rockets and pizza at Da Maria in Pettitenget. For dessert, they’ll love the gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan or the treats at Candylicious.
Beach Clubs. There are also two of the best day beach clubs in Bali close to the villa, where you can enjoy a few cocktails and watch an amazing sunset: Ku De Ta & Potato Head and Cafe Del Mar at Batu Belig Beach. For a treat, also go to the new mega beach club, Atlas Beach Fest, in Berawa.
Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Social, The Goat or The Forge on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.
Tourist Stuff. From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple, Uluwatu Temple, Kuta Beach and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.

We were looking for a villa that was affordable and in close proximity to Seminyak and Legian. We came with our 2 children so we were also looking for a villa that had a nice swimming pool and garden area that we could relax in. Villa Ginger was all that we wanted and more. As soon as we arrived we knew that we had made the right decision.
Bedrooms were modern, spacious and meticulously cleaned by the friendly villa staff who also made us the most tasty breakfasts every morning. The kids had the best time & overall this was one of our best family holidays.
We can't wait to do it all again next year. For the price and location I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Ginger.

What a great location. We had everything we could have possibly wanted for us and the kids right outside our front door. The villa was clean, modern and the pool area was great for the whole family. With lovely villa staff looking after us, what a great way to spend a holiday.

The best villa staff ever who really knew how to take care of us. Villa was safe, secure, private and really quiet.
The location is absolutely perfect, where all the fun, excitement, shops, and restaurants in Eat Street were close by. Sometimes we walked there and shopped along the way and other we got a taxi which was super cheap and really easy as they drive past all the time.
I would happily recommend this villa in a second and will be back.

6 of us stayed at Villa Ginger for a week between Christmas and New Year. The villa is beautiful and was perfect for 3 couples. Tucked at the back of the complex it was very private, but there was a little construction going on just outside the gate.
They had a security window but we never saw anyone there so not sure if it was manned all of the time. The 3 ensuite rooms were beautiful although one did have quite a small outdoor bathroom compared to the other 2 rooms.
The staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. They cooked lunch for us in the villa on New Year's Day and it was AMAZING. NYE was quite noisy with fireworks right outside the villa, going on until dawn the next day.
We did have a few nights with fireworks noise disturbing our sleep but I guess that's the time of year. Breakfast was basic American but delicious every morning.
Really enjoyed our stay and will stay with Bugis again but maybe not this time of year.

We had a great time in villa Ginger. The villa is very well maintained, and clean and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxed holiday with family. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, the breakfast cooked in the villa for you is excellent. I would highly recommend Bugs Villas and will be back again.

This place was amazing! Plenty of space, very comfortable, everything you need and it is a great location.
It was only a short walk to the Bintang Supermarket but hidden away enough to not hear too much noise from the busy streets.
The staff were absolutely delightful, so friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast made in our villa each morning was delicious. It is a little hard to find at first as it's tucked away amongst other villas so I recommend asking the villa staff to pick you up. Once you're there it's easy to navigate around though.
I will definitely book with them again.
