Our villa stands out with unique features such as a private pool with a swim-up bar, fast WiFi, and a 75 “Smart TV. It’s near famous landmarks like Double Six Beach, Bintang Supermarket, and the popular Eat Street area. The Villa includes a large private parking area, making it ideal for families or groups travelling with cars or scooters. Living and Kitchen Areas

The open-plan living and kitchen space offers direct views of the swimming pool, allowing you to watch the kids play. These areas are fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort and are furnished with a comfy plush sofa and a Smart TV for family Netflix nights. The kitchen features all the modern conveniences for preparing snacks or meals for everyone, including a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, water dispenser, granite countertops, and a double sink. There’s a dining table that seats eight people, where everyone can sit together, enjoy meals, and experience villa living.

3 Modern Bedrooms

Villa Khalifa features 3 spacious and modern en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with king-size beds for a great night’s sleep, air conditioning, ceiling fans, smart TVs, separate wardrobes for all your luggage, and safety boxes for your valuables and passports. Each private en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet and is thoroughly cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff.

Pool and Garden

The sparkling large 10-metre swimming pool is super inviting and is where you’ll spend most of your time with the family. There’s a swim-up bar in the pool for a few afternoon Bintangs or cocktails, and it features integrated fridges to keep the beers super chilled and a BBQ for some outdoor BBQ nights by the pool (you can buy all your groceries and meats at Bintang supermarket close by). For those who want a bit of pool shade, there’s an adjustable awning over the pool bar to keep everyone cool. For a treat, there’s a 6-seater outdoor dining table for those BBQ dinners.

Staff

Guests will be pampered on their Bali holiday by our English-speaking staff. A team of housekeepers, a villa manager, a pool and garden attendant, and nighttime security will ensure you have the best possible and most relaxing holiday in Bali. The housekeeping staff will clean all common areas, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, and will replace all bed linen and wet towels daily.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the waterslides or a surf lesson at Double Six Beach with instructors and board hire. For dinner, there’s Cornerhouse, Gado Gado, and burgers at BossMan, Johnny Rockets, or Grill’d.

Beach Clubs. Seminyak has some of the best beach clubs in Bali, and Villa Khalifa Alif is close to KU DE TA, Potato Head, Mano Beach House, La Plancha and Atlas or Finns in Berawa. Spend the day at these clubs, where you can hire day beds and enjoy nibblies, cocktails and sunset drinks.

Cafes & restaurants: If you love your daily coffee fix or want to take the kids for a bite to eat, there are loads of cafes and restaurants near the Villa. Make sure to visit Sisterfields, Bottega, Sa Mesa, MamaSan, Boy n Cow, Ling Lings, and the popular Pison or Kynd.

Pubs & sports bars:  If you want to have a few pre-dinner drinks or watch the footy live, there are lots of sports bars and pubs all within walking distance. Our favourites are Galaxy Sports Bar, The Forge, Nirvana Sports Bar and The Champagne Bar.

Day Trips: The Villa is in a central location to visit other parts of Bali for day trips with the family; the villa manager can arrange a car and driver for the day. Head to Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest, Uluwatu or, Tanah Lot Temple and Jimbaran Bay for a seafood dinner on the beach.

Shopping. If you want to shop, nearby areas such as Seminyak, Legian, or Kuta have lots of shopping options where you can buy souvenirs, artwork, jewellery, and clothes and have fun bargaining with locals.
