Villa Kulo is a family-friendly 3-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa and is just a stroll to all the finest tourist hot spots of Jalan Oberoi, Seminyak, such as KU DE TA & the popular Eat Street. You will be hard-pressed to find a better Seminyak location, conveniently situated in a quiet lane – 8oo metres to Seminyak Beach & 900 metres to Double Six Beach.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

A well-sized lap pool fits handsomely at one side of the villa, and at one end of the pool, you can relax on the poolside recliners; a high wall offers complete guest privacy. Take the white spiral staircase to a large open-air sun deck with sofas and an air-conditioned sunroom. This is the perfect spot to find a little me-time or enjoy a few sunset cocktails with family and friends.

Living Areas

The spacious living areas are modern and bright, and you can enjoy the comforts of full air-conditioned comforts. The area boasts a large living/lounge area and an open plan; a modern kitchen and dining area are also included. There is a large flat screen for entertainment, fluffy floor rugs and vibrant wall art. The kitchen has all the latest appliances for all your holiday catering requirements.

The three bedrooms are located one floor above the living areas, and all bedrooms boast king-size beds, private en-suites, and private balconies with outdoor settings. The rooms are air-conditioned with a minimalist design element throughout.

The villa has a housekeeping service to ensure the villa is kept clean throughout your stay. The fridge will provide a few goodies for your first morning’s continental breakfast, and the staff will happily do all your grocery shopping for a small surcharge.

Seminyak is a melting pot of great cafes, an array of mid to high-range restaurants, quality day spas, beach clubs, and many shopping opportunities. And right in the middle of all this is Villa Kulo!

The villa provides safe and secure parking, and you can walk to places such as the Cornerhouse Café for snacks and coffees, Mama San for great food, and Ultimo and Rumors. Head to Body Work for a great spa experience, hang out at Ku De Ta Beach Club or head for the beach bars on Seminyak Beach.

Cafes & restaurants. There are loads of amazing cafes nearby where you can get your daily coffee fix and take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you go to the super-popular Revolver for the vibe and the best coffee in Seminyak, Monsieur Spoon or BAKED  (pastries & croissants) Starbucks and the iconic Sisterfields opposite Seminyak Village.

Shopping. For those that like to shop, you can spend your days walking up and down Jalan Kayu Aya or Jalan Raya Legian, where you’ll find lots of shopping options.; from homewares, jewellery, and clothing to those must-have souvenirs – there’s something for everyone!

Travelling with kids? If you’re coming with the family and want to keep the kids entertained, there is always the beach ( where they can have surf lessons & hire boards by the hour). The popular Waterbom Bali in Kuta is also a 20-minute taxi ride away, a great day out for the family. Follow this up with burgers at Johnny Rockets or BossMan and dessert at Gusto Gelato in Kerobokan.

Day Spas. For the ladies, some great day spas are nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, go to Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget, The Shampoo Lounge or Glo Day Spa at the top of Eat Street to the super popular Spring Day Spa at the rooftop of Seminyak Village.

Beach Clubs. For a treat, head to the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest at Berawa Beach for cocktails and a few cold Bintang while you watch the best sunset in Bali while listening to chilled music. Even better, rent a private cabana for the day and live it up with your friends. Other beach clubs nearby worth visiting are KU DE TA or Potato Head in Seminyak, Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig,  Mano Beach House in Petitenget and Finns VIP Club in Berawa.

Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Nirvana Sports Bar or The Forge on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Sightseeing. From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple,  Uluwatu Temple, Kuta Beach and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.
