Outdoor and Pool Area
The villa has such a stunning outdoor and pool area. In the centre of the beautifully landscaped exteriors lies a lovely pool with a mini fountain. Trees, flowers and plants around the pool give it a tropical and natural look and feel. Beside the pool is a traditional bale with thatched roofing and a daybed, and on one end of the pool is a joglo-styled building with a comfy sitting area. Guests can sit here and enjoy drinks while they relax after a cool swim.
The Living Area
Lataliana Villa has a beautiful living area with charming Balinese décor and elegance. The lovely cream and brown sofa set in the living room is perfect for indoor relaxation and recreation. There are lovely paintings on the wall, beautiful miniature statues and sliding glass doors giving direct access to the pool deck. In another area is the cozy dining area with a lovely dining set. Seating here, guests can enjoy delicious meals and a stunning view of the outdoors.

In the en suite bathrooms is a luxurious tub with floor-to-ceiling glass windows giving great views of a tropical garden.

Guests will find that they will enjoy their privacy and still have great access to all the fun spots, restaurants, cafes and shops in the Seminyak / Oberoi area. Make sure you go to the beach at sunset, as this is where everyone goes to watch the best sunset in Bali over a few ice-cold Bintangs or cocktails. The best bar is La Plancha, and you will soon see why. Just grab a bean bag on the beach and enjoy the vibe – it’s memorable!!
Cafes & restaurants. There are some fantastic cafes near the villa where you can also take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you head to the super popular Revolver, Sisterfields (family-friendly), Monsieur Spoon, Batik, Sea Circus, Cornerhouse, Kim Soo and Starbucks.
Shopping. Seminyak is the shopping heart of Bali, and if you’re staying at Lataliana Villas, there are loads of homewares, jewellery and clothes shops all on Eat Street nearby. Make your way to Seminyak Square and head towards Legian, where you can also bargain with locals for souvenirs. For more shopping options, there’s Beachwalk, Lippo or Discovery Shopping Mall in Kuta.
Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali (Asia’s premier water theme park) for a fun day out with the family on the waterslides or perhaps a surf lesson on Double Six beach, where you can hire boards & instructors by the hour. Culturally, a day trip to Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple or sunset photos at Tanah Lot Temple is a great idea. For dinner, there are burgers at Johnny Rockets or BossMan and authentic Indonesian food at Mades Warung. And treat them to the best gelato in Bali at Gusto in Kerobokan.

We recently spent 8 days at this villa, and all we can say is how fabulous the place is. We have stayed in many villas around Bali, and Lataliana has to be one of the best. If you are into luxury and want to be in one of the best positions in Seminyak, this is the right villa. Let's start by saying that the villa is spacious with heaps of room in the bedrooms and all the living areas.
The pool and gardens are lovely, and the kids had the best time here running around.
The great staff cared for everything and ensured the villa was meticulously maintained.
Essentially you don't have to leave the villa as everything is here - but we did like our little shopping trips in Petitenget and Seminyak, which was right outside our door.

What an amazing experience - we came here with another couple and their kids (there were 8 of us in total) and enjoyed our stay here at Villa Lataliana.

We stayed at this gorgeous villa for a fabulous and memorable week in September.
The pool is awesome, and as soon as the kids saw it, they couldn't get enough. For the entertainment, there's a billiard table as well as a huge selection of movies which kept the kids entertained. Can't wait to come back here again with the family.
There were little garden pockets everywhere which just added to the amazing ambience. Lataliana is bliss!

An excellent gateway place for big groups
The villa was a perfect stay for my family of 12 with my parents and 6 grandkids as it’s spacious and with a large swimming pool. It has a comfy vibe with a luscious green garden where my parents can relax and enjoy the view while enjoying breakfast prepared by the friendly staff. As for me, it’s only a 5 min walk to the beach, so I can enjoy my morning run along the beach. The location is strategically located in Seminyak and close to cafes and shops. The staff are amiable and easy to communicate with.
