The open layout and design capture you immediately as you scan the luxurious surroundings of your holiday choice, and the usage of natural and earthy materials throughout the build relay a tranquil, grounding feeling. With the Cathedral’s high ceilings throughout the tastefully designed open living area and strategically placed lighting features that create perfect moods throughout the dusk till evening, you can easily become entranced into serenity without even realising it.     Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests. All rooms are beautifully appointed with king-size beds and high-quality, crisp white linens, large flat-screen smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes and his/her bathroom vanities. Two bathrooms comprise large natural deluxe terrazzo bathtubs, and all bathrooms have spacious showers with rain showerheads. The two ground-floor bedrooms with sliding glass doors and blackout curtains open onto the pool while the two upstairs bedrooms lend themselves to open views of lush rice fields and enjoy cooling breezes.

    Cafes & restaurants. Some great cafes for your daily coffee fix where you can also take the kids for a  meal nearby are Matcha, Suka, the very popular Milk and Madu (with kiddies’ play area), Margaret, Nude, RUKO, Neighbourhood, Pels, Butterman, BAKED and  Lusa by Suka. Right around the corner is Brunch Club with the best pancakes in Bali!

    Day Spas. For the ladies, there are numerous day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those pampering Balinese massages. For the best treatment, head to MYNX on Jl Nelayan or JAMU on Jl Pantai Berawa. In Canggu Central, there’s TONIC, Therapy Day Spa, and the super popular Spring Day Spa on Jl Batu Bolong.

    Gyms & Yoga. To keep up your holiday fitness, many gyms are nearby for a workout. Head to Bull Gym, Wunderlust, Nirvana Strenght and F45. For yoga enthusiasts, there’s Pranava, The Practice and the famous Samadi yoga, all within a short taxi ride away.

    Surf. Located a short scooter ride to Berawa Beach, known for its consistent right-hand break for early morning sessions or beach walks, and maybe chill out in the afternoon at Finns Beach Club.   

    Beach Clubs. Make sure you visit the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest near Berawa Beach or Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig for those must-have sunset cocktails. Other great beach clubs nearby are La Brisa at Echo Beach, Mari Beach House at Batu Belig and Potato Head in Seminyak.

    Travelling with kids? Finns Recreation Club includes Bounce Trampoline Centre, Splash Water Park, Strike Ten Pin Bowling, and Cubby House Kids Club just up the road. They’ll also like a surf lesson at Berawa Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For dinner, there’s pizza at Da Romeo, burgers at Milk and Madu and  BB52.

    Sightseeing.  From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple,  Uluwatu Temple, Kuta Beach and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.

    This was our first trip to Bali post-COVID and we were super excited to be heading back to Bali and VIlla Mawey was the best!! Spent a fabulous 6 days here with the kids. The whole booking experience was seamless with Ade. The villas presentation was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the location as there were many places nearby to take the kids for dinner. Beach eas also nearby which was handy - overall loved the place and can't wait to get back!!

    Beautiful villa kept immaculately clean by the friendly manager Apriadi and his team. Loved the location and easy to get transport to beach clubs and there was some nice cafes nearby. Went to Bruch Club most days and Finns. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the rooms were so lovely. 10 out of 10 for service!
