The tropical garden is spacious, with plenty of room for guests to move around and enjoy the 15-metre swimming pool with a large timber deck with sun lounges lined up with red parasols and matching cushions. On the other side of the pool, tropical palms create privacy for guests, and a stone wall water feature adds to the tranquillity while you soak up the rays. Further into the garden, a manicured lawn and relaxation bale with a koi fish pond set the tone for a Balinese tropical holiday. The largest alang-alang thatched roof pavilion houses the open-plan living area and has a modern chic feel about it with cooling polished marble floors. Beach Clubs. For a treat, go to KU DE TA or Potato Head for sunset cocktails and a few cold Bintangs, followed by some fine dining. Even better, why not go to Cafe Del Mar or the new mega beach club in Berawa called Atlas Beach Fest to watch the sunset, listen to music and enjoy dinner with the family?
Shopping. If you fancy some shopping, Seminyak is jam-packed with shopping options. Go to Seminyak Square or Seminyak Village to buy clothes, books, souvenirs and surfwear. You can also walk around Eat Street with loads of boutique shops. For more shopping options, head to Legian or Kuta, where you can have fun bargaining with locals for souvenirs.
Travelling with kids? Take them to Double Six Beach for a surf lesson or perhaps Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day on the waterslides. The Finns Recreation Club also has ten-pin bowling, waterslides, a gym and an indoor trampoline centre. For dinner, there are burgers at BossMan, Grill’d, Johnny Rockets or Naughty Nuris for tasty ribs, and for dessert, there’s gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan or treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village.

You will love it here. It is so close to absolutely everything & all you need to do is walk a couple of minutes and your smack bang in the heart of Seminyak's Eat Street which is where all the cafes & restaurants are.

The villa is outstanding.
I cannot express how amazing our stay was at this beautiful property. Very spacious rooms, spotless, fantastic amenities, lots of ground for the kids to explore, and the staff were out of this world. They became our second family, and we felt like it was our second home. Made and Tedi, the butlers, were fantastic. Nothing was ever too hard.
They would collect groceries for us, I got a scooter ride down to the pharmacy when needed, and they looked after the kids with drinks and snacks. Widi the housekeeper, was lovely, and Nurul and Eka the managers were great.
They run a fantastic property, and we can't wait to return.
