3 large bedrooms

The villa has three modern bedrooms with air conditioning. Two bedrooms are housed in a two-storey building directly across the main pavilion. The large main bedroom is on the ground floor with a fully furnished covered terrace for those afternoon sunset cocktails. Plus, you can walk directly to the pool for an early morning dip. The second floor contains another main bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool. The terrace has comfy chairs to catch up on holiday reading or an afternoon nap. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds, ample storage space, and spacious walk-in wardrobes that connect to private en-suite bathrooms. In a private wing is one other 1 bedroom with twin beds (perfect for kids sharing a room) and a private en-suite bathroom.

Swimming pool & garden

The villa’s wonderful lush landscaped garden is perfect for the kids to play and offers guests lots of privacy. In addition, there is an 8-metre swimming pool in front of the villa’s main pavilion. Plus, ample day beds allow you to relax and top up your tan.

Spacious living areas

The airy, semi-open main pavilion is close to the swimming pool, and from here, you can hang out and enjoy the warm tropical Bali breezes as you relax on the long, cushioned wooden couch and reclining chairs. The dining area is also in the main pavilion area, where a circular dining table can seat four people. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen where the in-house chef can prepare all meals. A bar area provides more seating where guests can enjoy a couple of cold Bintangs before heading out for the evening.

Balinese staff

You won’t have to lift a finger when you stay at Villa Oost Indies as there’s a friendly Balinese staff who care for all your holiday needs. There are housekeepers, security, and even butlers who will keep the villa spotless. Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of fabulous day spas near the villa where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, head to Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget, Glo Day Spa or The Shampoo Lounge at the top of Eat Street and the famous Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village rooftop.

Shopping. Seminyak is the shopping heart of Bali, and Villa Oost Indies is at the heart of all the action. Make your way to Seminyak Village and walk around Eat Street, where you can buy clothes, homewares, jewellery and clothes for the kids. There’s also the Seminyak Flea Market, where you can buy all your souvenirs. For a great choice of shopping options, head to Legian or Kuta, where you can bargain with locals. You’ll also find large shopping centres like Lippo. & Discovery Shopping.

Beach Clubs. You’ll love being able to walk to all the best beach clubs in Seminyak, like KU DE TA and Potato Head, where you can watch the sunset with a few delish cocktails or cold Bintangs and enjoy some fine dining. Other amazing beach clubs nearby are the popular Finns and Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa and Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day on the waterslides. They’ll also like a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For dinner, there are yummy burgers at family-friendly restaurants like Grill’d, BossMan and Sisterfields, which are all close to Seminyak Village. For dessert, treat them to the most amazing gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan, doughnuts at Dough Darlings or treats at Candylicious.

Cafes & restaurants. There are so many fabulous cafes and restaurants near the villa where you can grab a coffee or take the kids for a biter to eat. Some of the most popular include Sisterfields, Cornerhouse, Ingka, Pison, Nook and the famous Revolver. Venture further into Berawa, and you’ll find Milk and Madu and Milu by Nook, both a short taxi ride away.

Fancy Partying? Start the evening at The Forge Pub, The Champagne Bar or Nirvana Sports Bar on Eat Street for a few pre-dinner drinks. Then, it’s off to the popular Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila shots. Finally, make your way to La Favela of Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.
