Some tips before you start your next yoga class in Bali

  • Always stay hydrated. If you’ve been rushing around the whole day & just made it to your yoga class you are probably going to need to have 500ml of water. Keep a bottle with you always.
  • Wear light clothing as it does get extremely hot especially during the day
  • If you doing Bikram yoga make sure you get there 30 min early
  • If you are in Seminyak and want to go to Sanur to a yoga class give yourself ample time as traffic can be an absolute nightmare along Jalan Sunset Road
  • The climate is very hot in Bali and it’s good to allow yourself lots of travel time to get to the studio as you do not want to arrive feeling stressed
  • Don’t forget to say Namaste at the end!
