Outdoor and Pool Area
Guests are greeted by the calming ambience of a koi fish pond upon entering the three-bedroom holiday hideaway. The outstretched swimming pool plays centre stage, tiled in beautiful natural stone; the pool features a Jacuzzi at the far end, perfect for young kids to play in safety and the poolside bale offers respite from the tropical rays to enjoy a book or maybe an afternoon nap. The garden is bursting with tropical beauty; tall palms, tropical plants and flowers cap off this divine setting.
The Living Area
The living area is open-plan with a well-equipped modern kitchen at one end, packed with appliances; guests are welcome to do any cooking. There’s a rustic solid timber dining table and a matching lounge suite with soft cushions where you can watch the international TV on a large flat screen. There are bi-folding doors along one side of the room facing the pool so guests can open them wide and enjoy the tropical outdoors or relax in air-conditioned comfort.

At the far end of the garden is a standalone pavilion housing the master suite with its private patio housing an antique sofa so you can enjoy the garden views. Fully air-conditioned this suite features dark solid timbers, a premium king-size bed with sheer white netting and a large flat screen. A fish pond in the en-suite is a highlight, not to be outdone by the great soaking tub and monsoon shower. The two guest suites are equally palatial and furnished with the same rustic charm as the master suite; these are also located in private bungalows with beautiful open-air tropical en-suites and are complete with all modern amenities.
Staff and Services
The staff at Villa Damai is led by the very warm and friendly villa manager, supported by a team of highly trained chefs, butlers and maids; the staff will take great care of you during your stay. The staff will happily grocery shop for you and prepare any meals day or night upon request. Should you need a babysitter or transportation, the staff will handle everything.
Around Villa Damai, Seminyak (near cafes, day spas and Double Six Beach)
The villa is perfectly located for you to take full advantage of the best parts of Seminyak; turn left onto Jalan Drupadi, and you will come to the top end of Jalan Oberoi, Eat Street, where you are spoilt with choice, fashionable boutiques, trendy cafes and bars and great restaurants are all there.
Cafes & restaurants. There are also great cafes nearby to get your daily coffee and take the kids for a meal. Try; Revolver, Sisterfields, Batik, Bali Cafe, Monsieur Spoon and Braud (serving croissants & pastries), Kim Soo and the popular Sea Circus.
Beach Clubs. The villa is near some of the best beach clubs in Bali, where you can watch amazing sunsets with a few cocktails and cold Bintangs. Visit Ku De Ta, Potato Head, Mrs Sippy, and the mega new beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa.
Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali (Asia’s premier water theme park) or Double Six Beach, where they can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For dinner, there are burgers at BossMan and Grill’d or Johnny Rockets and delish gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan for dessert.
Fancy Partying? Start the night off at The Champagne Bar, Social, The Forge or The Goat (Which are all nearby). Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila shots. Continue the party at Shi Shi or La Favela, where you can dance till dawn.
Day Spas. Ladies, there are some fabulous day spas nearby to get your hair and nails done and have a dreamy Balinese massage. For the best treatments, head to The Shampoo Lounge or Glo at the top of Eat Street or Rob Peetoom and Sundari Day Spas in Petitenget.
