Villa Maya is a 5-bedroom Canggu holiday villa rental & is a lovely representation of traditional Balinese design themes combined with chic interiors and all the creature comforts equal to that of any 5-star accommodation. The villa is built over two storeys on a large piece of land overlooking the beautiful rice fields that Canggu is renowned for.
The villa easily sleeps up to 10 guests and has the latest entertainment and luxe fixtures, fittings, and furnishings. The villa boasts a large private pool and perfect holiday accommodation for large families and friends travelling together.
Outdoor & Pool Areas
The villa’s garden is designed to enjoy the gorgeous views of the adjacent rice terraces, delivering considerable space and holiday freedom. The large L-shaped swimming beckons guests to its azure waters from dawn until dusk. At one end of the pool, timber is the best place to work on your tan on one of the sun lounges; however, the manicured lawn provides another option with comfy bean bags you can flop into right by the pool.
Living Areas
The living areas are built around an ultra-comfort theme with plush sofas and designer armchairs facing a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. This space offers a true sense of homeliness, with guests’ comfort the paramount priority. You can open the large French doors to the garden or enjoy the cooling air-conditioning as you dine together around the eight-seater dining table. The kitchen is modern and equipped with appliances to answer all your catering requirements.

The villa’s five bedrooms are spread throughout a series of separate accommodation pavilions; three of the five bedrooms are located in the largest pavilion, and two more bedrooms are situated in a separate guest house to be entered privately. The guest house is large with an additional games/kids room where they can have ping pong competitions. A bedroom within this pavilion features twin bed configurations and private en-suites. The remaining bedrooms boast King size beds with one room and a queen-size bed; all have private en-suites.

The villa is complimented by a team of warm and friendly staff, including a villa manager, 24-hour security guard, and housekeeping staff. You can request additional services such as private chefs, transport and nanny services.

Villa Maya features the idyllic rural Canggu setting, set amid the lush rice fields of Canggu, where one can enjoy peace and serenity while still being close to the beach and the most popular tourist hangouts. Canggu is thriving with hip little cafes such as Vida, Crate, Nude, and The Common, not to mention the beachfront icons such as The Lawn, right on Batu Bolong Beach.
Travelling with kids? Take the kids to the Finns Recreation Centre, the water fun park with ten-pin bowling, waterslides and a massive indoor trampoline centre that will keep them entertained all day long. They will also like a surf lesson on Batu Bolong Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For dinner there are loads of family-friendly restaurants including Milk and Madu in Berawa, The Avocado Factory, Hoi An for great Vietnamese in Pererenan nad Funky Pancakes in Jl Linjong. For dessert, theres yummy gelato at Al bacio.
Shopping. Canggu has loads of shopping options where you can buy homewares, jewellery, clothes, and souvenirs. Start at the popular Batu Bolong area and go to Berawa and the Oberoi area in Seminyak.
Beach Clubs. Canggu and Seminyak have the most popular beach clubs in Bali, and you can quickly get there from the villa via taxi. Make sure you go to Finns, KU DE TA, Potato Head, Cafe Del Mar, La Brisa, Mano Beach House and the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa for sunset cocktails, chilled must and fantastic beach and ocean views.
Day Spas. Ladies, there are many luxe day spas in the Canggu area where you can get your hair and nails done and have a Balinese massage. For the best treatments, head to MYNX on Jl Nelayan or Spring Day Spa on Jl Batu Bolong. Follow this up with an afternoon shopping at Love Anchor markets or head to the popular Jl Pantai Berawa, where homewares, boutiques and jewellery stores are available.

Can I have a late check-out at Villa Maya?
In most cases, check-in time for Villa Maya is 3 pm, and check-out time is noon. However, we will try our hardest to accommodate every guest’s different schedules and appreciate that aeroplane departure times from Bali can be late at night. Generally, a late checkout fee of 50% of the day rate will apply if the Villa is not pre-booked for another guest on your departure day, and you can stay at the Villa till 6 pm. You can also store your luggage at the Villa for the afternoon and return to meet your driver at a specified time, who will take you to Bali airport.
