For a day trip, Tanah Lot Temple for sunset photos is lovely, as is a day trip to Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest. There are great family-friendly restaurants like Milk and Madu, Sista Dumplings, Monsieur Spoon and Bottega for dinner.
