Pool access from the living room

The open-plan design of the living room allows guests to jump straight into the pool from the sofa or dining area. Isn’t that a kid’s dream come true? The villa is furnished with a cushioned Balinese sofa, satellite TV, a wooden dining table with blue-painted bamboo chairs and a kitchen with a bar and stools. The living room is decorated with rattan rugs, paintings of tribal figures, handmade rattan lamps, Balinese statues, and tropical plants in big pots. The ambience is wonderfully tropical, and the look is totally chic and stylish. A huge wood-framed mirror reflects the greenery of the garden, and it adds an even greater sense of spaciousness.

A lovely garden with a private pool

The garden is very private, surrounded by all kinds of lush tropical plants and trees. In the centre of the garden sparkles the 8-metre private swimming pool guarded by a Buddha statue on one end. There are 2 sunbeds with a large parasol and deluxe pool towers. Swim some laps, soak up the sun and relax in your private tropical garden. This is what holidaying is all about.

3 bedrooms with AC

The master suite takes up the entire first floor of the villa, and it is adjoined to a private balcony with a garden view. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs, one on each side of the living room. All 3 rooms are equipped with AC, and each has a private en-suite bathroom. The master suite is the only room with a TV and a dressing room. The other rooms have spacious wardrobes. The bathrooms have luxurious rain showers with hot and cold water.

Staff & services

Villa Erja has a team of lovely staff welcoming you upon arrival and taking care of you during your villa stay. The staff will take care of the household, garden and pool maintenance, and they are happy to answer your questions and arrange things like a driver, scooter rentals, tours and more. Just ask!

Handy Seminyak location ( near central Seminyak, KU DE TA & beach!! )

For those of you who love Canggu as much as Seminyak, we’ve got good news for you. Villa Erja is located just outside the city centre of Seminyak, making it easy to go everywhere. Petitenget Street (where the best restaurants in Seminyak are) is just a short drive away.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are some upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have a dreamy Balinese massage. For the very best treatments, go to Rob Peetoom, Think Pink Nails & Spring Day Spa. Afterwards, spend the afternoon browsing the art galleries, boutique shops and jewellery stores in the Oberoi area.

Travelling with kids? Take them to The Finns Recreation Club, where there are water slides, ten-pin bowling and a huge in-door trampoline centre called Bounce. They might even like a surf lesson at Seminyak Beach, where you can hire boards & an instructor as well. For a fun day out, take them to the popular Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud or take sunset photos at Tanah Lot or Uluwatu Temples. Follow this up with dinner at Naughty Nuris (for the best ribs and burgers), and for dessert, the famous Gusto Gelato is close by.

Fancy Partying? Start the night off at Cocoon, Gado Gado or La Plancha for sunset cocktails on Double Six Beach. Then it’s off to Malverde or Motel Mexicola  (near Seminyak Village) for tequila, tacos and Bintang’s. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can party till dawn or finish the night off at Potato Head or Mano Beach House with a nightcap before returning to the villa.

Beach Clubs. For a treat, hire your own private day bed or cabana for the day at the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa and enjoy chilled music, great food, signature cocktails and sensational beach views. Other great beach clubs nearby include KU DE TA and Potato Head in Petitenget or Old Man’s & The Lawn at the end of Jalan Batu Bolong in Canggu.

Follow the trendy Batu Belig road, and you’ll hit Batu Belig Beach, or you can drive straight into the heart of Berawa (Canggu), where more cool cafes, restaurants and shops are to be found, as well as the famous Finn’s Recreation Club. Nearby famous restaurants to try out include Metis, Nook, Sardine, Watercress and many more. For coffee lovers, make sure you go to Monsieur Spoon (1.3 km away ), Living Stone ( 1.2 km away ) and the super-popular Pison.
